While leaving from MIA, E Terminal one morning and very hungry, we stopped at this counter for a salad and an egg sandwich. The bagel that the sandwich was made with was soft, fresh and tasted great. The pre-made, heated up egg was silly and not very appetizing, but tasted OK. The salad was decent and was actually fresh. But at almost $30 for this plus a couple bottles of water, it’s not worth it. The lady at the counter was friendly. Definitely would not return though.

I am surprised the health and safety officials have not intervened. The self-service coffee machine (clearly visible to the public) is caked in filth, heaven knows what it looks like in the back. The server was not switched on.

My family had no choice but to eat at the one in the E terminal of the Miami airport since we had a close connecting flight. The employees were rude and were out of hot dog wrappers and chili. The hot dogs were some of the worst I have ever had especially at $4 each. Avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Rude, ignored me while they chatted about nothing, even though I was their only customer. Food is basic and bland. I even mentioned that the restaurant next to them was packed and they had zero customers that maybe they should at least say "hello" to their only customer. No reaction. Neither of them cared. Terrible.
