The food and price are great! My biggest gripe is their soda flavors are not from the big two. Given how minor that is, you know everything else must be good!

My first time here probably will not be back. Atmosphere and service were great but small portions. There were 4 meat options and all chicken . Came hungry and left hungry .

My fiancé and I each got a bowl and unfortunately, his was made incorrectly at first. However, Nigel went out of his way to talk to us and make the situation right. They remade his food and now both of us are happily enjoying our food. Thank you Nigel and team for being so quick to fix the mistake! We love FK’s food!

Very taster but portions are SOO small compared to competitors like Bolay. I believe the large bowl is $15 and I’ve ordered it 2 times from this location and the portion of veggies and base and protein is so small. Bolay charges the same price maybe a little less but you get WAY more food. I would consider giving more than one scoop since with tax and tip I end up paying almost $20 for a bowl that’s not even half full. However, the service is amazing and the teriyaki chicken is tasty.

Stepping into this haven of freshness and innovation in Midtown , I discovered a culinary sanctuary offering a welcome departure from the mundane. The commitment to crafting a menu with fresh, gluten-free ingredients immediately sets this establishment apart, catering to the health-conscious palate seeking a respite from routine. The foundation of the experience lies in the exclusive use of 100% olive oil, a golden elixir that elevates every dish to a realm of vibrant flavors. It's a refreshing departure from conventional cooking oils, enhancing both taste and nutritional value. The crispness of the dishes attests to the culinary mastery, showcasing a dedication to wholesome indulgence.Hand-cut veggies take center stage, proving that precision and attention to detail are the pillars of this culinary sanctuary. Each bite unfolds a medley of textures and colors, reminding diners that healthy alternatives need not compromise on visual or gustatory pleasure. The symphony of flavors dances across the palate, ensuring that each ingredient plays a distinct role in the culinary ensemble. The gluten-free repertoire is a triumph, showcasing that dietary restrictions need not be synonymous with blandness. From vegan, Keto or Meat Lover, the menu transcends expectations, proving that health-conscious choices can be both exciting and satisfying. In a world saturated with routine offerings, this establishment emerges as a breath of fresh air, inviting patrons to embrace a culinary voyage that seamlessly fuses health and flavor. The use of gluten-free ingredients, 100% olive oil, and meticulously hand-cut veggies transforms each dish into a celebration of vibrant, guilt-free indulgence. For those seeking a departure from the ordinary, this establishment is a testament to the fact that a healthier alternative can be a delectable journey worth savoring.I tried a plate featuring cauliflower rice, spiced chickpeas, crunchy kale Caesar salad, and grilled barbecue chicken. The cauliflower rice surprised me with its light, rice-like texture, providing a wholesome base for the medley of flavors. The spiced chickpeas added a delightful kick, infusing the dish with a warm and savory essence. The crunchy kale Caesar salad introduced a refreshing crispness, with the kale's earthy notes complementing the creamy Caesar dressing. Each bite was a delightful mingling of textures and tastes. The grilled barbecue chicken, a novice's delight, stole the show with its smoky aroma and tender juiciness, creating a comforting and flavorful anchor for the entire meal. Also sprinkled some parmesan cheese to top it off!!

I go here every time I’m in the area. Really reasonably priced. Food is excellent quality, and they apparently use only olive oil. Service is always very friendly.

I got steak bowl here. The steak portion was way too small. I compare here with Bolay. There you get 2x quantity of steak and they charge less than here. $4 extra for 1.5 oz beef is just too much. Also it has a burnt crust.Okay i might want to skip steak next time but all they have for protein is 4 other types of chicken. They never thought that some people don't eat chicken. Also this place mentions it's healthy but I didn't see any caloric values or macros being displayed.Having said that the food was yummy. It's just i wish you could have more protein options and larger portions.
