Food is not bad, service is horrible. Everytime I go in the ladies have the worst attitude like they don’t want to work. Service is 0/10. Just rude women.

If I can give 0 stars I would ! Horrible service, the ladies don't even say hi or anything, just ask if your ready to order with a horrible attitude, they should be working in the back cooking the food not attending customers. I will never come back to this Fritanga. This place definitely needs better management. Maybe they think they are still living in Nicaragua or should go back. Especially a lady with long black hair . Please work on your customer service because you need it.

Don’t even bother in ordering online because when you get there the food is not going to be ready. It’s crazy that people that walk in get their food faster and let’s not even talk about the service. I walked in waiting for someone from the pick up area to acknowledge me and they just look at you like you are an alien. You gotta call them out for them to help you. Horrible service

I have ordered from this restaurant for years. I was just delivered my uber eats order and the carne asada only brought 1 small piece. It has always brought 2 pieces for the last 15 years I’ve ordered from here. I tried calling and phone is disconnected.

The he food is delicious, authentic and taste like gimme portions are a bit small for the price. …customer service is lacking, the ladies sure do seem to be in a bad mood and bothered pretty often.

La que me preparo la comida tenia una cura en el dedo y no le importo ponerse guantes hasta despues de preparar la comida, la gente se enferma por eso. Que horror.

The girl who prepared my order had a bandaid on her thumb and she had her thumb inward when holding the plate which the food is obviously going to touch the surface of the plate. She thought to put on a glove AFTER she was done prepping the food. People get sick like that, nasty bandaid was falling apart and she knew she was in the wrong bc after all that then she wants to put on a glove, the audacity. Just plain nasty and disrespectful.

This place is garbage. I’m Nica and I will never visit this place again. Food is trash, service is worse. Drive another 5 minutes to another Fritanga. This place was an absolute disappointment and they were proud of providing the poor service. Puchica el desprecio aqui estaba en mostrar 😂 Chonga/Chancletera/Chusma service was provided. What a waste of $20

I ended up getting salpicon with white rice and tajada verdes(this is not supposed to go with salpicon). I ended with this combo because everything else in the hotcase was dry, even the dang frozen maduros were dry which is hard to do. 0 fughs givenabout quality. De madre.

The nacatamales make them sweet🤢. The truth is they don't taste good. They have plums and about a dozen raisins each. The classic nacatamal does not have that and is not sweet. They are frankly ugly. And the fried cheese is completely simple, the meat lacks sour orange. It doesn't taste like Nicaraguan fritanga.
