Thanks to Romi, our ice cream shop attendant, we not only got to taste amazingly crafted ice cream but also enjoyed such a warm conversation with her. Thank you for receiving us even though you were already closed, and allowed us to sample each ice cream flavors and toppings. We will be back soon ☺️
We passed by doing an Ice cream tasting prenade. It was Ok, but no amazing as I was specting. Loved the mango and puission fruit sorbet. Did appreciate that the clerk didn't told us the sauces and the topings are included with every cup of ice cream.
I don't usually write bad reviews here but the service was distasteful and rude. The person denied the flavor they served a couple customers before me under the excuse," that it wasn't ready". Deciding to overlook it I chose another flavor, however, the server quickly decided they were going to charge me without the complimentary topping. Now I know why the customers before me left without buying anything. If you're a local or tourist try to avoid this at all costs
Ice cream was good can’t complain about that but I am pretty disappointed in the cone. You can only get a cup if you want one scoop but for double + scoops you have to get a cone. The cone was displayed on a cone holder (cute) but it was stale, very disappointing. When your done with the ice cream part everyone loves a crispy cone but it wasn’t crispy. Just a little advice, get a fresh cone that hasn’t been out since god knows when.
It is 6pm and the atore is close. None of the hours are accurate.
Good stop for some casual dessert in the Miami design district. Nothing crazy that would make me go out of my way but the different things they offer make it a fun experience. Definitely recommend going in at least once!
Customer service was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t tell if they were employees or not. They didn’t speak to customers as they entered the establishment. The female behind the counter looked at us when we entered and never asked if we needed any help. A female came from the back and act as if we were on her time. 95% of people are visiting your city and this is how you treat them. NO THANKS TO THIS PLACE!!!!
Bad service and sub par flavor, they Ice cream it self was average but the real problem was with the toppings freshness. The service was not good at all very inattentive and rude. I would not recommend.
Very yummy ice cream. Excellent experience thanks to Carla and TiJea.

Outstanding ice cream at a surprisingly reasonable price. Hidden gem in the design district.
I tried to visit this place before on a Monday but they are closed on Mondays and Sundays (why??) The icecream selection is not that large but the quality of the icecream will definitely stimulate your taste buds. I’m not a fan of ice creams generally but these are truly special. They are so rich you would definitely want more Than one. I picked the pistachio-mango and it didn’t disappoint. I highly highly recommend this place!!
Very creative and delicious frozen treats. They taste as good as they look. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have Cafe and cold drinks. The total cost of 4 menu items was only $25 incl tax.
Ice cream cupcakes, macaron ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cake-sicles from pastry chef Salvatore Martone, longtime protege of the late Joel Robuchon. Ten different flavors of ice creams and sorbets include classics and Miami-inspired creations such as Guava Maria, Mango/Passion Fruit, and Tres Leches.
Excellent site. The guys who attend are very friendly. The ice creams are very tasty. Excellent prices. You can eat on the premises. They have tables outside to eat. I recommend it
