Amazing Korean food. For anyone who's spent time there, you know it's hard to find authentic cuisine here in the states. This is an upstanding example of quality and simplicity of the complex and rich flavors difficult to find outside of Korea. I hope you enjoy this local gem as much as I did 10/10

Fuchai always hits the spot⦠the food is fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. I love their kimchi soup, the samgyeopsal, and the bulgogi⦠everything is cooked perfectly every time. The dumplings and noodles are great too!
The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. If youāre craving good Korean food and a chill vibe, definitely check this place out!

Itās my second time at Fuchai and the quality of food hasnāt changed. First time was for my best friends birthday and second time my partners birthday. Our server Veronica was very attentive and friendly. The lady who is the chef and cooks all the meals is amazing, I wish I had asked her name.
We ordered Jajangmyeon with beef and it was enough for two people. My partner ordered the bibimbap. Plus Beer and sake. Everything was tasty. 10/10.

I lived in Seoul Korea for several years and thought this place would be good because of the reviews and the sign inside stating they were Korean. I ordered the pork kalbi and let me just say it was nothing like Korean kalbi. I spent $40 there and ended up throwing my left overs away. The kimchi I ordered tasted like the kind out of the jar and didnāt seem homemade. It was a total waste of money so donāt believe the reviews. Plus you have to pay for parking. Also Iām black so the people that work there just assumed I didnāt know what I was ordering which was highly offensive because I even know a little Korean.

We are local who have been eating here quite regularly for the last 5 years and always has been consistently excellent and very authentic. Often you will find Koreans eating here. I recommend the Pajeon and the pork Kimchi Jigae. Kimchi Tofu soup, and the Bibimbap are also excellent veggie options too.

We ordered kimchi chigae (ź¹ģ¹ģ°ź°) and seafood jjajangmyeon (ģ§ģ„ė©“) which were absolutely delicious and authentic. Easily rivals or betters the same dishes in L.A. So glad we found it and would be delighted to return this place is ever back in beautiful Miami.

I came by myself for a late lunch on a Friday and I had the most wonderful experience. The ambiance of the place feels very comfortable. The place itself isnāt very large but it doesnāt feel crowded, instead itās very cozy. The food itself itās delicious and authentic. I ordered the Kimchi Jjigae (ź¹ģ¹ģ°ź°) and the Handmade Shrimp Dumplings. The soup came in a stone pot (ėģ„) literally boiling still! Amazing!! The flavor was deep and nuanced. It wasnāt too spicy or bland either. The chunks of pork, tofu, kimchi, and green onions were perfectly balanced and worked well with the broth. It came with a good portion of white rice, which when mixed with the soup created an amazing eating experience. The shrimp dumpling were clearly made at the moment I ordered them. They were packed with filling. The sauce that came with them too went amazing with the dumplings. It was just the right amount of salty and umami. The staff were so kind and attentive. They made sure I ordered what I would like and made sure I lacked nothing the whole time I was there. Another thing was that the bathroom was not only beautifully decorated but also amazingly clean. The only note I would add to those that want to come here is that parking can be slightly tricky since thereās only street parking available. The street this restaurant is on is currently under construction as of April 2025. I suggest looking for parking nearby and if there isnāt any, a few blocks away there is plenty of parking on 22nd Street, only a five minute walk from the restaurant. Overall, 10/10, will come back again!

Long time customers of Fuchai, our favorites are the galbi ribs, pork belly bao, veggie japchae, kimchi and kimchi stew and of course the wings.
We ordered catering from them for my husbands birthday, a party of 12 people, and not only were we pleasantly under budget but we also had nothing but RAVE REVIEWS. The Fuchai team was so easy to work with, payment was a breeze, pickup was efficient and the whole thing felt as if I was working with a friend. Big thank you to the Fuchai team!!!
Pics are of catering event April ā25. 10/10 do recommend. Support small business!!!
