I placed my order at 7:09 PM and didn’t receive it until around 8:00 PM, but it wasn’t even my order. From the beginning, there was a lack of organization—when they took my order, they told me they didn’t have turkey, yet everything was still handled in a very disorganized way.
What was most concerning was the situation at the pickup area. A lot of customers were waiting (I’d say about 80% of the people in the restaurant were standing there trying to get their food), and the entire process was chaotic and out of control.
On top of that, the hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were not wearing masks, they were talking directly over the food, and they expected customers to accept burgers that had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. This is not a favor or a gift—it’s a paid order, and customers deserve to receive their food fresh, properly handled, and in decent conditions.
This place urgently needs to improve its organization, customer service, and cleanliness. Honestly, I believe it needs a Health Department inspection to review the restaurant’s sanitation and food handling practices.

Me and my whole family ordered chicken and took bites of it wondering why it felt fishy until we realized it was COMPLETELY RAW This is extremely worrisome now since I am an operated bariatric patient with an extreme sensitive stomach. Now to worry if I might get salmonella. The manager was extremely rude and not understanding of the situation at all. Please do not ever waste your time with a restaurant like this and would advise against it. Close the place.

Paid for a salad and the chicken was COMPLETELY under cooked. I took photos and videos of the incident and gave it back while requesting a refund. While waiting for the refund I noticed online it said that we must keep the container for evidence and the manager refused to give me back the box when I asked for it

I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. The food is great, and the place has a nice, family-oriented atmosphere. Unfortunately, on my last visit we had bad luck with the cashier, who was rude and unprofessional. Maybe it was a bad day, but cashiers and servers are the face of the business, and proper customer service training is essential. Aside from that, everything else was great, as always.

Great burgers and fries. Tried the lamb burger and choripan and was impressed with both. French fries were fresh and crispy. Sweet potato fries were slightly undercooked; I’d pass on them. All the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Had to get cookies to go on our way out!

Fuddruckers (near Nuvo Suites Miami) was a perfectly acceptable, casual stop for a meal, but overall it was not anything memorable.
The service from the waitstaff felt very indifferent. They didn’t seem to care much about taking orders quickly or checking on guests, and while that is something you sometimes get in relaxed, busy American diners, it left the experience feeling a bit lacklustre.
The burger was okay, cooked to order and tasting fine, but it did not stand out as something special or unique. It was a standard burger that satisfied hunger without making a big impression. Portion sizes were generous enough, and the overall price was reasonable, so it did not feel too expensive for what you get.
In short, Fuddruckers is a decent, middle-of-the-road burger joint. If you want a casual meal at a fair price and are not looking for anything extraordinary, it does the job. If you expect standout food or attentive table service, this might feel underwhelming.
Quality has diminished at this location. I ordered a half pound burger well done and the burger was rare. My daughter got a shake that was beyond sweet. We forgot to add cheese and it wasn’t brought up either by the person taking the order. Not my kind of place anymore.

Tonight’s visit was extremely disappointing and concerning. I clearly informed staff that I needed a gluten-free burger due to an allergy. Despite this, I was served a regular bun, and I only realized it after biting into it.
This is not a small mistake—this is a serious food safety issue. What made it worse was the response from the manager on shift, who was not apologetic at all and showed no real concern for the situation or the potential health risk.
If you advertise gluten-free options, staff must be trained to take allergies seriously. I do not feel safe eating at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone with food allergies.
