went to other stores in the same franchise and I have eaten well but in the one in Kendal it seemed to me the ugly food without flavor and cold and it even gave me stomach ache

Got the kobe burger, cooked to the correct request, and timely, service was great and place was packed, all good signs.

Inside this place is some serious disrepair, the food was just okay, and pretty expensive. You ask any questions, and you're treated like, if you're a moron.
Good place and good service, I have a question...? Since this is the 4th time I come here for chicken wings and they are never available... I come to this place because they are good but I don't think it's fair that they are on the menu and when I ask for it they just tell me they don't have it. .... If they don't have it, just take it off the menu.
