Americanos tacos hands down the best I've ever had!

great food | great service

The service was pleasant, however I was SO very disappointed that the rice and gondules was made with parboiled rice, not cool at all and the sauce for the mofongo was more grease than anything. Sorry to say I won’t be returning.

tried it twice now, and was disappointed each time. everything from the cookery to the flavors was just wrong.

The Glades Eats Restaurant is not located in the village however several people have listed their review in this section so I will as well. I will make it very short…DON’T STOP HERE. Overpriced, not very clean, bad food quality however good service. By the way they take the liberty to add a tip. Keep driving get a candy bar until you get to a good restaurant.

This came as a great surprise: excellent service and food! Although warned by many negative reviews we must say that currently this place is very good! We had the Indian (native) tacos, fish/cod bytes and the flat bread with cherries for desert. The tacos were very tasty, on their special bread, fish bytes turned out to be croquettes (like French) and the dessert finger liking good! Service very professional and quick. The

Staff are friendly & helpful. We sat outside to watch the birds. Didn't see any gators. Chicken Caesar salad is very good. Cod bites are minced, not filets, & lots of filler. There aren't many places to eat along the trail, & this place is good to grab a quick bite.

We ate here between our airboat tour down the road and our visit to Shark Valley. Based on reviews, we were not expecting much but it appeared to be the only option. To our surprise, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and they even had a vegan burger option which my son reported was excellent. It appears to be called GLADES EATS now. How one reviewer couldn't find it is baffling. It is literally ACROSS the street from the entrance to Shark Valley.

We came, we saw, we ate. Definitely hungry after taking the Shark Valley tour, and we were not disappointed. I had a steak sandwich that was XXL - and lots of fries - the price on the menu had seemed sort of high at first glance, until I saw the amount of food - it could have fed two of us. Staff was very friendly, and it was enjoyable to eat outdoors. So, very good service, decent food, and convenient location.

The Miccosukee Resort is quite remote, right on the edge of the everglades; therefore, the choices for eating establishments is very, very limited, especially when you are without a vehicle. Fortunately, the resort offers several venues. Our choice was the buffet. It does not offer a great variety, but what they serve is varied enough to suit pretty well everyone, and the food is very good. The servers are very attentive and friendly. Not overly pricey.

I guess when you are the only restaurant on tamiami trail you don’t have to be great. No other choice for miles. This fries were good! Service friendly.

Arrived at an empty restaurant but they said they had just recently opened that morning. It was all good because we had the place to ourselves. Greeted when we entered and was told to sit anywhere. They have remodeled again and it looked great. Sorry, no pics. We ordered 3 breakfast combos, a breakfast sandwich, and a kids cheeseburger. It all came out good except they accidentally brought out a kids pizza but the waitress took it back with no problem and came back a few minutes later with a CB. The waitress came sporadically to check on drinks and made sure everything was good and to clear plates. She was excellent. Staff was all excellent. When we were done we walked across the small parking lot to the Airboat station and waited maybe a couple of minutes for our ride. Which was also great.

My wife and I just came off an airboat tour along highway 41 and were looking for somewhere to have lunch. There isn’t much around this area but then we came across the Miccosukee Restaurant. It didn’t look like much from the outside so we weren’t expecting much. As it turned out we were pleasantly surprised. I got the chicken panini and my wife got the chicken tenders. Both dinners came in a timely manner and were very good. Our server was friendly also. If your on highway 41 going through the Everglades and want s decent lunch or dinner I would definitely recommend the Miccosukee Restaurant.

If this wasn’t the only restaurant within 30 miles of civilization, it would be closed. Indian taco was best and steak sandwich was gross (my dogs loved it though). It is right outside of the Shark Valley park on the Indian reservation which is the only reason this place is still open. Staff is friendly, service was good, but they are pricey.
