They go overboard with the breakfast prices to be a Bakery café, and the waitresses look like they are in a bar shouting and laughing with 4 men who were at the bar who only drank Cuban coffee. We couldn't have breakfast in peace because they were yelling at them and talking to them loudly, talking about the cute bucket, I wanted to take a photo of them ?? standing still, the Araganes don't consume and are taking up the space. How awful

pésimo servicio, no tienen ganas de preparar desayuno, pedí 2 o 3 opiniones de desayuno y me dijeron que no lo tenían o que demoraban much porque habían muchos pedidos, les pregunto que tiempo demoraban y me dijeron 20 mts para dos supremo y decidimos esperar,por supuesto ya yo estaba un poco incómoda ya que notaba muchos peros porque lo que preferían eran pedidos de cosas ya elaboradas y cuál fue mi sorpresa en menos de 3 mts ya tenía este desayuno que como verán no es el supremo cuando le pregunté por el bacon y las croquetas me dijeron pero tú no pediste el desayuno de la casa? , les dije que no y 10 mts después me trajeron lo que faltaba.... me tomo este trabajo escribiendo porque estoy segura que al dueño no le gustaría saber qué tiene un personal sin ganas de vender lo que su negocio ofrece

I ordered a Rum Cake for my twins' 20th birthday. I was extremely disappointed. First, 2 hours after I was supposed to pick up the cake, it still wasn't ready. Second, although I paid $10 extra for the rum cake, it didn't have any rum taste at all. This place used to be the place to go for cakes. Not anymore.

If I could give zero starts I would. I just came from picking up my cake and i have never been more disappointed. I placed this order a week in advance, which one would assume would be plenty of time for a simple cake. I sent in a picture of the cake i wanted with all the angles shown. I told them i would like the lettering changed. Today I picked up the cake, and it was in the wrong shade, i wanted a dark pink and this was basically neon pink. Not to mention the wording was never changed therefore ruining the purpose of the cake. On top of all this, the cake was supposed to have symmetrical hearts. The hearts do not even appear as hearts. Instead they look like white blobs spread anywhere they wanted to put them and put on in a rush. Leaving random empty spots. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your cake to come out a completely different way from how you asked for it. If you want your cake to come out a different color, with different writing, and extremely messy this is your place! I applaud them for their lack of dedication.

I have lived across the street from this bakery for about 15 years . About 11 years ago I started ordering from them . The first few years the food was great everything was good quality . For the past two years it's just not the same. I ordered Togo the breakfast with the pancakes. 2 coffees with 8 equals . I asked for cheese on the eggs. She because I asked for cheese they took it upon themselves to put no bacon . Of course who wants to fry bacon when they can just sprinkle cheese. All you get from the ladies in the front are excuses. . No pancake syrup, no equal no bacon . N just a bunch of excuses . I understand you are not getting tipped from Uber orders but you are in a base pay so you are working for the owner . You don't need to say it to me. Horr

This place is in my neighborhood and a convenience to myself and my wife, but most days there are employees who look annoyed all the time. The misery in some of the enmployees faces is just undeniable, so much the depression jumps on you.They are poor at making coffee always rushing even when there’s nobody in the bakery. Pressing down on the tostada machine making the paper stick to my bread….I just refuse to go here again the vibe is always so negative. They don’t care about what they do.. or what they serve.

Had breakfast at the counter in the AM on 6/27/2023. The place was clean, great service from today's morning staff and the food was also good. Try the guava and cheese pastries and the cuban bread ... very good here.

This place was a great bakery in the hammocks to visit and within a year the service and quality of the food has become horrible. There are empty shelves everywhere and the staff has become unfriendly. how can you get cuban coffee wrong. So sad for its quick decline.
