If you're on the hunt for Miami’s best ham cachitos, Galipán Bakehouse should be at the top of your list. Lounging there with a warm cachito and a coffee feels like a comforting, tangible connection to home—wrapped in perfect pastry form.

A place like this should NOT use powdered eggs for their sandwiches. Come on man……..

Ok real shit. Is this bakery kinda expensive as hell? Yes. Is it bougie with entirely insufficient seating inside? Yes. Is this one of the best bakeries that Kendal has to offer? Absofreakinlutely a wonderful spot to dine at or buy boxes of delicious varied and creative pastries from at least every once in a while for a birthday or a special event. Bakeries are often places where immigrants (from Latin America IME) make food that is predictable to audiences who know what they like for predictable source of income, but here they get creative with it: a rare find in my experience in South Florida bakeries.

I absolutely love this place!
It’s my second time here and it’s such a nice place to come read and grab an ice caramel latte plus the cachitos are a must!
Hope they continue to grow 🙏🏼

Galipan has been my go to spot for coffee and baked goods. The atmosphere is welcoming and it has a farmhouse charm to it. If you haven’t tried the caramel iced latte, this is one is one of the best out there. The regular hot latte that I usually get is always on point. Nutella croissant, and the bomba with custard cream are a great pastry to go with your coffee. It’s becoming a go to spot in Kendall for a lot of locals in the area. If you’re in the Kendall area, come check this place out, it won’t disappoint 😊

I loved the coffee here. Iced latte no sugar. The coffee was really good. The pan dulce I expected it to be warm and it was cold. I also didn’t love the flavor, but I’d go back for coffee and try something else there. The entrance is facing the street, you have to go around the building to find it depending where you park

The Bakery is delicious 💯 recommended
The coffee ☕️ is terrible it's like a big soup I wouldn't recommend the coffee...
My biggest concern is the employees who handled the food used the register opened the door served tables and never wore gloves It is disgusting... worst part, it takes too much time to serve, it's like a big disorganized staff, they're gentle no complaints but honestly it's like not professional the lack of management.

Disappointed
Delicious yes incredibly delicious 😋 awesome... But, slow service, crowded of people talking and not consuming, and worst yet, the same lady in the cashier with the same hands without gloves opened the door, delivered the food to the table, grabbed the food with the same hands which opened the door before and grab the order in the cash...

This is by far one of the best bakeries in Miami. Everything is very high quality. If you are curious about a delicious Venezuelan breakfast treat do try their Mini Lunchs.
