Everything tastes homemade and crafted with care the pastries are perfectly flaky, the bread is fresh and flavorful, and you can really tell quality ingredients are used. The staff is kind, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or picking up bread for home, Galipán Bakehouse never disappoints. I had a really disappointing experience at Galipán Bakery in Kendall. I ordered a cappuccino, an espresso macchiato, and a matcha latte, and it took over 20 minutes to get them. The staff was arguing back and forth with each other, the place was super packed and messy, and the service felt very unorganized. On top of that, they messed up our cappuccino and gave us an espresso instead. For such simple items, the wait and chaos made the whole visit frustrating

Galipán has the best products in all of Florida, hands down. The quality is exceptional from the fresh ingredients to the perfect presentation. Plus, the service is on another level: friendly, fast, and with that authentic touch that makes you feel right at home.
And you have to try the Venezuelan chicha creamy, delicious, and full of that traditional flavor that takes you straight to Caracas.

It has quiet and peaceful atmosphere and the food I ate was extraordinary! I had a Nutella croissant with orange juice and it was so worth a 5 five review. And I just love that it’s so clean.
