I’ve been going to Gar Sing for years. I love Chinese and Asian food, and Gar Sing has the BEST fried rice and egg drop soups!! My favorites are also the hot and sour soup, honey garlic fried chicken (always so crispy and the sauce is amazing), honey chicken, and krab rangoons.
I don’t live in Miami anymore but I still make a trip here whenever I’m back, and compare all Chinese fried rice back to this restaurant! The owners are nice, the place is clean, and most importantly the food is so flavorful and fresh!
Vegetarian options: If you need vegetarian options, they can replace meats. They also have vegetable fried rice
