We had a voucher for breakfast for the Double Tree by Hilton hotel in this building. The breakfast was very delicious and we enjoyed it.What was not nice, that we had to pay 9 Dollars extra despite having only eaten for the value of the voucher.

Steak cuts show that is not really a "Gaucho" restaurant.

Messed up my entire order and never bothered to check on us once. Didn’t eat anything and they didn’t comment on it just took it and asked for an extra tip on top when we had to chase our waitress down for the check. Horrible probably the worst service ever on top of being not the best food.

Food was good but Service was VERY slow. We were the only people in the restaurant! Then then didn't charge us the correct amount, I mean the numbers on the bill actually did not add up correctly!! Then after two attempts to have the numbers add up correctly, they said there was an up charge for the particular vegetable side we ordered. They told us a side was included when we ordered and didn't say some were extra. For those reasons, we will never go back.

This restaurant is in the mall area between the Doubletree and Marriott Biscayne Bay. It's a steakhouse but they also serve breakfast so we popped in for that. We had a very nice breakfast and again, the service was above what we're used to where we live. They were attentive. High rating given for that!

Two visits and both were delicious!! First time we ordered take out while staying at the Hilton Grand and the steak was so good we had to dine in the second time. My daughter rates their filet 10 stars!!! Truly one of the best steaks we've ever had. The Caeser Salad is enough for two and yummy as well. Fettucino Alfredo did not disappoint either. It was not busy for a Friday night, we were able to seat ourselves and service was friendly and quick. We will visit again on our next Miami trip.

The meats are way too good. I don't know the name of the dish I had but it starts with "P" and it was heaven. The lobster tail was ridiculously big and the butter sauce made it pop. The shrimp alfredo I can't recommend. The shrimp was AWESOME but the pasta and sauce tasted like white flour. But still, I highly recommend this place. The price is super reasonable and the portions are generous. I'd go back.

The steaks and sausage were great, although the chicken was dry… possibly a bit overcooked. The salad didn’t come with any dressing. It was a busy night, but the staff handled it well.

Don't eat here. Extremely disappointed in the service and food. My Steak was freezer burnt or something, came out tough and the grain inside didn't look right. My wife's Filet was cooked properly but was bland and lacked most qualities of a good steak. Sides were cold. Condiments, like butter and sour cream come individually packaged. My kids got sodas, $4 on the menu and they were 12 Oz cans, couldn't even get a refill without coughing up another $4. No soup option, salad was soggy. The server seemed like a hostest whom was never trained to do table service. She didn't check on us, didn't come to refill water. I had to go to the back room just to ask for salt and pepper.

Me and my wife dined in this morning and there was no indication on where to be seated. After we waited and the two servers made eye contact but no acknowledgment we proceeded to seet ourselves . Poalo then decides to get snappy with us saying that we need to read the sign and wait to be seated and hear in Miami people are patient and listen. She assumed that because we had on Newyork gear that we weren’t from Miami which is disrespectful as we both come from north Miami. I’m also a restaurant manager for the Marriott so I asked to speak with the manager Patrick and he was very comforting and made our dine in experience worth the trouble. He made sure that we had everything we needed and constantly checked in. After that he even decided to cover to bill even though that wasn’t necessary. Little gestures in the hospitality industry can go a long way.

This is a small Argentine steakhouse in a shopping mall attached to a couple of hotels and a residential tower. Having just checked in after a day of travel, I didn’t want to hunt for a restaurant in the area and the Hilton front desk directed us to it. The restaurant is very low key, they had live entertainment - a gentleman playing a keyboard and softly singing English and Spanish covers. Wisely we chose an Argentine mixed grill (parillada) for two and the steak, short ribs and sausage were excellent—there was also grilled chicken breast and more sausage which were too stuffed to try. Our dish came with tasty truffle fries and grilled vegetables. The service was attentive but relaxed. Overall I was very pleased to have discovered this restaurant. Obviously there are many flashy restaurants and bars in Miami, but if you want a good steak dinner without glitz, this is a good choice if you are in the area.

Terrible experience here, waited 1 hour & a half for food to come out & then when it came out it was cold. 10/10 do not recommend & it’s a super small restaurant in a weird bootlegged mall. Blonde girl w glasses has a terrible attitude. Overpriced & not many food options.
