First, they don't accept bank card but they have a ATM convenientely located inside, second when i went they didn't have any Fry food, so haitian restaurant don't sell grio, fry turkey and chicken.

This place gets a 5 because it's sticks strictly to it's identity. It is a haitian counter with no where to eat..but clean . It's is inexpensive and the customer service is friendly as the dishes were explained. This restaurant takes the most inexpensive cuts of meat and makes it five star.I had the stewed turkey necks with the rice n beans. The rice n beans is VERY well executed you forgive them for the five pieces of meat u get. On one hand, it's ten dollars so not that expensive. The gravy hits the trinity (onion,garlic, and pepper) with tomato foundation similar to creole dishes. Not surprising since both new orleans and haiti were colonized by the French.The sauce isn't as overpowering for people watching their sodium intake. I would come back for a quick bite.

Their hours are 9-6. I came at 9:28, they weren't open. Disappointing. If you cant open at that time, change your hours.
