We alway order from the store in Doral and it’s always been perfect, we have ordered from this store twice( Kendal location) and it’s been bad both times.absolutely disgusting brown lettuce. Doral rocks and this one(Kendal) truly sucks . Never again and save yourself some money and don’t buy manatee food. Pass on this establishment Update: ended up sick from the salads.

I made a large order and got one wrap wrong (my sister hates feta cheese and loves goat cheese and i got it wrong), so I called and asked if they could fix it. The wraps were already made and Luis so kindly remade the wrap for her, which was beyond appreciated. This place always has the best service and best food, we are regulars and it’s going to stay that way! Special thank you to Luis - the wrap king!

I am so disappointed to write this review as I used to absolutely enjoy this establishment. The salads have always been tasty and felt fresh. However, my customer service experiences lately at this place have thoroughly disappointed me. The owner or manager, (I’m unsure what position) was always kind at first. After calling to place an order through the phone months ago, he told me they were busy and to use the online ordering platform to which I tried and was unable to use. I explained this to him and he told me to keep trying. I did but told him I had no luck. He hesitantly took my order and I just chalked it up to him being busy and having a bad day so I didn’t hold it against Giardino’s.
However, my latest experience was absolutely appalling. For reference, the only food I had ate out for the week was Giardino’s, specifically, Ody’s Toss with tropical chicken. Sadly, I had acquired colitis and ended up in the ER within hours of eating this salad and I wanted to let the business know in advance so that they were aware, when I spoke to the same guy that picked up the phone months ago, he defensively told me that it wasn’t possible because “they make everything fresh daily” to which I responded with “I completely understand but this is the only place I ate out at and was told by a doctor that it had to be from a restaurant outting”. He said “I’m sorry you feel that way but it can’t be”.
I understand that the foods are made fresh everyday but regardless, as an owner, manager, or employee, it was important to me to let Giardino’s know in advance just in case anyone else got sick and to look into the matter. There was no solution given just denial and my issue being dismissed.
I used to really enjoy this place so it saddens me that I will no longer be a customer here. There are some people reviewing that how could someone order when the owner/employees speak Spanish and I just want to say that is pretty normal of miami and not a bother at all, that is pretty unfair to say. Hopefully with their foods, they could at least make an effort to look into the problem instead of dismissing their customers experience.
I’m sure that I will get a response to speak more about this matter with the restaurant and I politely decline as I was as nice as I possibly could be on the phone when I spoke to them about this matter until I felt absolutely dismissed.
