Gilbert’s Bakery on Bird is one of those places that reminds you why local bakeries matter. From the moment you take the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and experience. The croquetas were outstanding, perfectly crispy on the outside and tasteful on the inside, with rich flavor that wasn’t greasy or heavy. We had the best experience! The tarte I ate was beautiful and was so tasty! I also had a cappuccino that was amazing! The service was amazing! Navaez, Nuirka, and Yolanda are the best!
absolutely amazing. The flavor and texture were just perfect,fresh, light, and made with so much care. It’s not your typical heavy dessert; you can really taste the quality. I can only imagine how incredible everything else must be.
