I’ve been coming here on and off whenever I’m in Midtown, but the place has really deteriorated. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be.
I ordered the picanha steak, and the portion was shockingly small about the size of a credit card.
The plate itself was so tiny it was even difficult to eat from. The fries were lukewarm, and the salad was drowning in balsamic.
To make matters worse, the Coke machine wasn’t working and only poured water. When I asked if they had Coke, the staff just shrugged and said no, as if it didn’t matter.
When I paid for this little portion, the guy who took my order actually asked me straight out, “and the tip is… this is for me,” which I found extremely rude. A tip should be earned, not demanded, further the server should get it.
Overall, it was a really bad experience. I left hungry, disappointed, and shocked at how far this place has fallen.
The owner should take this feedback seriously and make major changes because long term, they won’t survive with this level of food and service, especially considering how many better options exist nearby.

The owner was at the cashier and overcharged us. Also the food was COLD and the meat was not exactly as we ordered - we ordered medium it came well done. Also took almost 20 minutes to get to us. Terrible experience!

Every time I order through an app, it takes forever. But today it was taking even longer than expected… I contacted DoorDash. They reached out to the restaurant, and that’s when the restaurant informed them that my dinner had been stolen. If I hadn’t contacted DoorDash, the restaurant would have never canceled my order.
I called the restaurant to understand how someone can steal someone else’s order, and all they could say was ‘sorry’… with all due respect, zero professionalism. If it were my restaurant, I would’ve sent food to the customer’s house. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN. If you don’t know how to serve the public, close your doors or be more professional. It’s not that hard, you just need to ask the driver to CONFIRM, before he gets the food.

If you’re going to sit down for a meal, don’t expect good service. You will have to get up to look for napkins. You’ll need to beg for ketchup for your meal bc there isn’t ketchup at the tables and don’t think that they will ask you if you need anything. And then they still expect a tip. 🙃
I loved the burger, I could tell that all the ingredients were so fresh specially the meat and the fries. I recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for something grilled and affordable.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately it was one mistake after another. I ordered chicken tenders and was first brought a cheeseburger. After pointing it out, they apologized and tried to replace it with a grilled chicken sandwich—which was still not what I ordered. Finally, they brought out fried chicken, and when I cut into it, the chicken was completely raw inside.
I understand mistakes happen, but multiple errors followed by undercooked food is not acceptable. Hoping this was just an off day, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
