Terrible service, employees on the phone while my order arrived incomplete, the meat was tough and raw, we asked to cook it a little more 3 times. There were no napkins on the table. I usually don't leave reviews but I have to take the time so that other people can avoid this bad moment that happens on my vacation. Was service ever!!

I went here for lunch. I ordered the Brutus burger with grilled vegetables and a drink. I also ordered a small mixed green salad . They have unsweetened tea. Overall the food was good. The portion sizes were decent and the service was good. I will order the platter next time

I frequent Giraldas in Midtown at least twice per month. The burgers are excellent, food is very good and price you can’t beat. The happy hr special on burgers and beers is unbeatable. The service is limited as you pay for the food at cashier and someone brings it to you. Don’t expect a full service sit down lunch or dinner. Their business model works and keeps me going back. Good food at great prices.

Pro Tip: Burgers after 4 pm are half off. It’s a picanha cheeseburger that is made to order and fresh. Caipirinhas at $3 are great. Where else can you get 1 drink and a cheeseburger for under $10?

By far the hardest picanha and açaí is the most sour I've ever eaten, all the food tastes old. I ordered the meat well done and it came undercooked. I went to kindly inform them that the açaí was “expired” or ask if the flavor itself was sour by the store's standard and I noticed the attendants' lack of preparation. I do not recommend!

We were there today, April 13, 2024, in the afternoon for lunch-dinner, we ordered the picaña, the food came as we ordered, well cooked, hot and the fries were freshly made, the sauces were very tasty, and they served us what we ordered, the soft drink Pepsi was good, it really tasted like Pepsi Cola,The atmosphere was quiet, the place was empty, the service was good, the price for two picañas was 52 dollars, a little high, the meat was a little tough and they have to change the knives please

Damn good, cheap, quick food! I was in Midtown looking for something cheap and quick, I had settled on 5 Guys until I saw Giraldas about 3 stores before I got there. I checked the prices and was surprised to see that the Brutus Burger was only $9 for all that was on it. Also I had never tried Picanha and heard it was great from Guga Foods, and he wasn't lying! I destroyed the burger in like 3 minutes. My friend wanted a burger from 5 Guys, and a regular burger was $12 and took longer to make.
