I was waiting for a friend seating outside and a guy came after 5 seconds to say I couldn’t seat there, that the seats were only for customers. I explained I was a customer (regular one actually), that I was just waiting for a friend to order the food inside. He said I couldn’t be there so I think I’m not coming back at all even though I live right across the street. I understand the rules but I do not look like a homeless to be treated like one. We went to the other empanadas place one block away for our afternoon treat.
Update: I did not have ANY food or drink from outside, I was going to eat at the place, simply waiting for a friend to order together. Place was completely empty, no reason to be treated like I was but the owner just answered as they were right.

The staff here was incredibly rude & unprofessional! Waited 1 hour for a salad & 3 empanadas to be heated. The employee was busy counting money instead of finishing up the order, mind you the store was empty. Rudest customer service with a horrible attitude, when I asked about the combo special he said “well too late you should have asked for that” instead of letting me know my order applied for the special. Will never order from there again ????

A woman who serves there, apparently from Argentina, has a very rude way of serving. I asked him for two salads to take away and he brought me to eat at the place, I asked him for take out again and he got upset. At the same time she treated a delivery man badly who came to pick up an order, the young man showed her his cell phone and she mistreated him.

Terrible,They have an outside sitting area I sat down for five minutes before I had the chance to ask for a menu I was told if I’m not going to order I need to leave. Sadly left because I will not be treated like someone who doesn’t have the means to purchase a meal!!
Super cheap, super tasty, dozens of options. I ate here for every meal during my trip.
Vegetarian options: The empanadas all have their flavor branded into the pastry itself, so there is zero risk of accidentally taking a bite of the wrong food. You can safely share an order with someone who isn’t vegetarian/vegan.
