Stopped by Gold Marquess inside 1-800 Lucky for lunch. First time there. It was pretty good. Their Katzu Curry Chicken was one of the best curry dishes I’ve had. The chicken was fried perfectly and it wasn’t dry at all. If you stop by 1-800 Lucky, check them out and try the Katzu Curry Chicken.

Bravo to you, General!

I ordered the crispy chicken, also called General Tao's chicken. The portion is gargantuan! General, your chicken is crispy like no other.

You have mastered the art of war, but also the art of busting my gut. I have to take a doggy bag, a first for me. It’s a bitter defeat that is felt on my side.

You may have won a battle, but not the war, General Tao. See you soon, I will return to the battlefield to fight.

I have been a regular customer of Gold Marquess for a few months now, and I can safely say that it is the best Asian food there is in Miami. The cashier who normally takes my order is Julio, he has wonderful charisma and is eager to help you with everything you need. It makes me happy to have a place where I know that when I go, I will always have good service and delicious food.

Probably the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. The Singapore chow mai fun was so bland with no flavor. Only the straight taste of curry powder. Had to add 3 packets of soy sauce for an edible bite. Chicken was very dry. One bite left me with a dry mouth. Not well made at all. On top of auto gratuity added, this was the worst $25 I have ever spent.

I don’t understand forcefully adding 18% gratuity for a self served food stand, you’re not even being seated or have no waiter or waitress, so please tell me 18% of gratuity for what exactly? Don’t try to force tip to compensate pay or rent of location

Kareen.

Subpar food. My friend and I had both the Pecking Duck Bao & the Char Sui Bao which were both okay and basically tasted the same. We then went for a noodle bowl with a shrimp mix and I still can't figure out how something so saucy could taste so bland... a case for Untold Mysteries. It just didn't hit the way it looked like it would. Loved the lemonade!

Skip. Might be ok if you’re drunk. Otherwise, insanely bad. 2 lame noddle dishes and chicken wings for $76.
