The food was was bland. The rice was nasty the oxtail tasted sour.

Need a solid Caribbean Lunch or Dinner you can't go wrong visiting this establishment. I opted for Jerk Pasta this visit and I was not disappointed. I only add that should you select this dish make sure you request that they add some ox tail gravy on it too. It's sooo good! All the other offerings wont disappoint either but make sure to get there early its a very popular eating / take out destination.

This was my first visit since under new management. I ordered the jerk pork because under the previous management the jerk pork was always on point. What a disappointment. Absolutely no jerk flavor, no meat just fat and skin. I am from Trinidad but my son-in-law is 100 percent Jamaican so I know the taste of authentic Jerk . The dinner went in the garbage, my husband laughed at me and $16.00 down the drain. I will not be going back or recommend anyone.

I Love the place and the food is good. The price can be a bit pricey compared to other restaurants of its same caliber, but the food is good and they open early serving breakfast every day. ❤️

I've been staying down south for a year and most of the food is garbage..
But this location is the BEST the patties are always fresh, the coco bread is soft and always fresh. Everything is always good.

I love going there, especially for patties and the jerk pork dinner, even the soup. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I’m Jamaican and I’m also a former Bronx police officer who normally pay regular visits to the Gun Hill road location across from the number 5 train station. I think that was the first location. The staff here are amazing!!!!

At the time I visited the restaurant, it wasn't too busy. The staff was efficient in taking my order. The restaurant was clean with minimal seats at a counter. It's mostly set up for take out orders. Food was delicious.

Great take out Jamaican food.
My father in law come from Kingston and had me buy the chicken soup every Wednesday!
Staff friendly, we love cavine, she’s so helpful and friendly.
Also love there fried chicken!

I ordered the curry goat and white rice and also had the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. There was not enough food and it was highly overpriced. I found two small pieces of hair in my food. Definitely not the same quality as before. I'll be going to another location.

Golden Krust Palmetto Bay has amazing customer service, great food options, and also offers catering services. Our favorite dishes are the curry chicken, jerk chicken, jerk chicken pasta and the patties. The owners, Andrew and Michelle are so warm and always ensuring the customers are pleased. The curry goat always hits and whenever I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile. Just 5 minutes from my house so this is my go to every Friday. Only thing the festival jus need a lil fixing.. and maybe you guys can start selling red stripe too especially the new flavors
