One star for customer service. Ever since this place changed management, the customer service is rude and no existent. The woman with glasses and the new male cashier make you feel like dealing with you is a chore rather than their job. The only pleasant one out of everyone is the blondish girl who is normally in the kitchen. Such a shame. Avoid this place and go up to the 7th floor where people greet you with a smile.

I bought a cup of coffee and paid with a credit card. I pressed “no tip” when the machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip. The machine added $2 anyway. Couldn’t complain because the server pretended to not understand English. I paid $5.21 for a really bad cup of coffee.

Great food and variety of daily specials. The tacos, wraps, platters are all very yummy and have diverse flavors. Also The staff is so nice and attentive Maria, Andrea, Elizabeth,the young man in the kitchen and the lady. If you’re ever at the courthouse pay Gordo’s a visit.

Maria and Keila that work the front counter, as far as customer service is concerned are so professional and helpful, and I’d recommend anyone to visit here , You won’t be disappointed. Food is great, menu changes always and really can’t say anything to say I’ve been disappointed with the service! Keep it up Maria and Keila, and the kitchen staff!
