Loved most of food except scallops- they were cooked well but just no flavor. Beef Wellington was the BOMB! And our server Cesar was on top of everything!
First time here, impressed with food and service. Lobster risotto and beef Wellington to die . Would for sure go back.
Out of the four times that I have visited this restaurant the three previous visits were phenomenal. Not sure what went wrong, but needless to say not worth the money. Ordered a few cocktails to have prior to dinner. Knowing that the one cocktail that I ordered takes a little while to make, we thought that they would hold off on putting our orders in. This was not the case. We received our appetizers before we received our cocktails. At that point, I canceled the bottle of wine that we had ordered as we knew we would not have time to enjoy it. We did order a glass of wine each to have with our entrées. Our entrées came out with the sides that we had ordered unfortunately my wife's entree was cold. I was done with my entrée before hers even arrived at the table and at that point we had everything else boxed up and left for the evening. The manager did try and alleviate the bad situation by taking the cocktails off and wines that we had had as well as my wife's entrée. The service however, was not befitting of a restaurant of this caliber. We expected more. We're hoping that this is just a one of bad experience that never occurs again as we intend on returning in the future.
Great food but we were led to eat on second floor felt very “canteen” vibe , would eat there again as food was lovely as was wine pairing but would only go again if able to request ground floor seating as no ambience on the floor we were on , have eaten at Las Vegas venue countless times and never found this problem , was eager to pay my $500 bill and scoot this time didn't feel like value for money tbh
The balance between the flavors was prefect.Good food. The restaurant was a very good set up.I liked the toffee pudding because of how sweet it was.I really enjoyed it!
First time ever in that restaurant, As me and my wife, we have been in the hotel industry for 25year but this kind of atmosphere has been especially in Christmas eve. The food was great, the service was great, overall 5 plus. As Sasha was our server, she was great and she helped us out a lot. As it's was our first experience in Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Had off to everyone there.
Great food and service. The lead time to Serve the food to the table can be minimized. Great warmth and can't wait to be back. Happy Christmas!!
I was looking forward to having the Idiot Sandwich after a while. It used to be my fav sandwich. The server should have warned me when I mentioned I came for just to have it. Turns out it's no longer a sandwich but some sort of burger that tastes awful. Was very disappointed, wish I had sent it back. They should warn customers or change the name!
We recently dined at Hell's Kitchen and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful with menu recommendations. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the scallops, meatballs, lobster risotto, steak tartare, and Beef Wellington, all cooked to perfection. Hell's Kitchen is a must-visit for excellent food and top-notch service.
Waitress was awesome!! So friendly and answered a million questions for us. Food was outstanding. Chefs were friendly. Will be back! Only thing disappointing was no Gordon Ramsey (wasn't only going not expecting).

Great overall experience!!! Food was outstanding as was the service!! Would definitely recommend!!!
The restaurant perfectly resembled the show and hit our expectations right on. The food and service was great. Had the Harvest Salad, the Scallops, Beef Wellington and the sticky rice pudding. All were great. Staff was great all around. Location also great with Biscayne Bay one block away. The only negative was the valet parking. The attendant harassed us about walking to another location and also didn't have any change available. They almost were stalking us after dinner to see when we would leave or where we were going. It was quite odd.
Expected service to be better waiter was talking too much to us and other customers, slow to respond to requests and dishes had no garnishes or sauces.
Must order the signature scallops, lobster risotto and beef wellington. We were there for brunch, which includes many breakfast-type items. Why would you go to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant for eggs or french toast? Our server was attentive without being intrusive. A great restaurant for a apecial occasion.
I live in Miami so I know what to expect when going to touristy places like this. Food was amazing, everybody was happy with their choices, but the night didn't take off even with 2 bottles of wine. No ambiance, cold environment, service like a robot (which is good for the business but no personality. I think we expected more... bartenders were not friendly at all, DJ playing very hardcore techno trance music on a Friday night in a room full of families. Weird setting. I guess it's perfect for an early dinner with large groups or a business meeting. Not fun for a night out with friends, no energy.
