Food: was not impressed with tuna tartare, had much better at other places. One out of three scallops had sand in it, not acceptable for a respectable restaurant; other than that, the dish is very good. My husband was not impressed with oysters either. The best dish was beef Wellington. Five stars for that.

Maybe this is my fault because I've been to the Hells Kitchen in Vegas before coming here to the Miami location but the food experience couldn't be more different. The risotto was different and a smaller portion, the scallops were different and they gave me three instead of the 6 and the top was a little rubbery and salty. We were given less but spent way more than we didn in Vegas. The service was great. The Wellington and crispy salmon were both still delicious and...

The food was a 10/10. We got the scallops (omg amazing), beef wellington (equally amazing) and salmon (could have been better, not the best I've had). Everything, except thr salmon, was the best food I've ever had.
