This place is a go to staple in the north Miami area, and their hours are great. I came in today before an early morning weekend bike ride for fresh colada coffee and hot pastries. Even the tostada, which is so simple, was fresh and warm and delicious. The coffee was perfectly sweetened and fresh. I had a guava pastry that was also delicious and debated getting a yuca empanada, but opted to skip it. The staff are so friendly, and the place has fun music going even early in the morning livening the place up. I'll definitely be making this part of my morning routine much more regularly

This place is the worst. Flood had mold. They changed the price without notification. Horrible service. They are not true Dominican.

Horrible service. The fried cheese had mold, they took my husband's plate back to the kitchen, we had to ask to speak to the cook. My husband got a new piece of cheese but never got the rest of his plate back which still had the rest of his food. When we got the receipt they were charging us a few dollars more for each item we ordered, not the price we were given on the printed menu. We asked to speak to the manager and they giving us excuses for everything. The waiter was clueless about everything, according to the manager she had just started working the day before but it was obvious that she wasn't properly trained. They ended up giving us a new check with the prices from the menu and also charged us for the food that my husband never got back. Run away from this place, do not give them your money.

Authentic Dominican food. Must try the Mangu con tres golpe if doing breakfast game changer might not be the prettiest looking but what it might lack in visual to some it will definitely make up in flavor. Of all my travels and experiences with different breakfasts, this is the only one I will never get tired of.
Wonderful service as soon as you enter the door! The food was flavorful, great price for the amount of food they give, and so authentic! They have music playing and wonderful decorations that make this place feel like a cultural hub to enjoy the food and company.
