I have to say I came in a few times and I absolutely LOVE the staff here, if they forget to give you an item they will ALWAYS give a complimentary item next time to correct a mistake. They take much pride in fast service and that's what I like about Grand China's staff. If they don't smile trust don't take it to heart it's probably because there extremely busy, but they will never be rude to customers, they have an awesome team of staff. There cashew chicken is 👍 a must try.

Order for my parents today and first the website grubhub cancel the order without letting us know and hour later called the place order again with the manager over the phone. He said it will be ready in 30 minutes and the order arrived 1:45 minutes later the lady on the phone was not help the excuse was they were busy but no apology nothing and on top of that they hanged the phone on me. Super rude not recommended this place.

Came for the lunch special but wanted an egg roll as well. Kayla, our waitress, double checked the price for us and got us the dinner instead which came with an egg roll and soup! Super great service and delicious food. The general tsos chicken was all dark meat, lightly battered, and very crispy. Easily one of the best I've had! The house fried rice has plenty of meat and nicely seasoned, not a clumpy fried rice like some places. The wonton soup was also very flavorful in a beef broth and lots of meat. Wonderful lunch!

Some of the best General Tso's chicken the wife & I have ever had. The house rice that comes with the lunch was delicious too. Our server, Kayla, was a delight; she was incredibly helpful and kind. Great value for quantity/quality received.

I went to pick up my order on Tuesday and the service was shameful the man in the front was so serious from the moment I called and came in. Normal customer service workers will atleast smile at you when you walk in and greet you both him and the girl there were very plain and I found it almost rude very uncomfortable experience I will not be coming back the food was also not that great and I had a stomach ache for the whole day after eating. It wouldn’t kill you to smile buddy.

I ordered from this place 2 month ago and all the food was delicious, including a House Special Fried Rice, which at that moment I said it was the best I have ever tasted. I ordered yesterday almost the same items, including the House Special Fried Rice, and when I got home I was really disappointed. The worst fried rise I have ever tasted, it was super dry, tasteless, colorless, the rise itself seemed not to have good quality. I don't know if the real cooker was on vacation or quality started to fade out. I really hope they can deliver the delicious food I tasted the first time. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time, but next time will be my last if the quality is the same.
Decent food and priced ok. However if you order pickup they charge and automatic tip on the bill!! Tip for Pick-up is dirty! Noticed this to late
