I used to frequent this place (Doral) and always ordered the chicken empanadas. On my last visit, I found a piece of plastic inside the empanada. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, another worker intervened in a very disrespectful manner, demanding that I show her the plastic. Although he finally saw it and confirmed it, they did not offer me a suitable solution. With the disgust that the situation generated in me, I rejected their offer to exchange the empanada, and at no time did they offer me a refund or an alternative. I had to go to the cashier myself to ask for my money back, which is totally unacceptable. The person who helped me, a lady with yellow hair and large glasses, was very rude throughout the entire incident. These are things that can happen, however, the way they face their clients is not appropriate. Super rude, I won't be back again

This was one of my favs to eat healthy, delicious and vegan… until last Friday that I had a really unpleasant and disrespectful moment with my breakfast when I ordered the vegan chick’n quinoa arepa, which I’ve ordered multiple times before, but I found out on the first bite they put a real chicken in my arepa… it was really disturbing because it couldn’t be a mistake since you can tell the difference and there’s none arepa in the menu with same ingredients but real chicken… anyways, I went that afternoon to talk to the manager with proof on hand, to let them know what the people in the kitchen are doing to its customers but he wasn’t there, they told me he was going to be there the day after during morning hours so I went back without success, and the people who was working in that moment didn’t give me a professional treatment, they were really rude… so ashamed, this used to be a really good place! SUMMARY, IF YOU’RE VEGAN, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY

I ordered two mushroom empanadas, they sent me two “very salty” chicken empanadas, I went back to return them and the girl told me that they didn't have mushrooms. Why did he sell me chicken without notifying me? He saw my naive face and that I could waste my time to watch this? I didn't understand!

I love this place. Great food (acai bowl, protein smoothies, and wraps are my every day go-to’s), professional staff, quick service, and clean location. I have lunch here several times per week. Unfortunately, they do not have a rewards system in place, nor have they in the last 2.5 years I’ve been coming. There’s always an excuse for why there isn’t one in place. It’s the ONLY reason why I don’t come here every day. No rewards for consistent, loyal customers.

I was crazy about an acai and when they gave it to me, it was a children's acai and $13.85. But they looked very healthy meals, it is a simple place but $$$$

The food is delicious, and super fresh. The juices uufff, delicious!!! When you go ask for Jhumer 😍 the best! Just a suggestion, they should open until 8pm 😔

Service is great, food isn’t great nor bad. What makes this place difficult to deal with is their prices. One of their juices plus any other thing to eat will be not less than $25. Why do some business owners have to charge so much? Why don’t they make a little bit less in the short term but then make more in the long term?
