I asked for cheese in person twice on my arepa and they still did not put the cheese. It is not that difficult. What is annoying is leaving the parking lot And having to come back to ask for cheese, which I am not going to drive back. I just spent $28 on a juice and a arepa with no cheese. It is really upsetting. I really like this restaurant, but the parking lot is just terrible.

I was here and it took 15 minutes for them to make two cafe con leches. They cost 13$ for two which is ridiculous.

The restaurant is located in a warehouse/ commercial space area. They try to make it inviting but it feels dark and dingy. Maybe that is from all the trash and debris on the floor they were sweeping up while I was there.

Vegan arepa was amazing and you can fully customize with many options... Smoothie was very good and the place was very clean and the staff was great!

I ordered a drink with cocoa, coconut milk, and protein, but unfortunately, it had no flavor at all. I kindly asked the girl for a bit more cocoa, and with a bad attitude, she told another employee to make a new one. The worst part was watching that second person throw the previous drink away in a very rude manner, with no respect whatsoever. The whole experience was uncomfortable and left me with a poor impression of their customer service.

Relatively slow service. I had a caesar chicken wrap which was pretty good. I was surprised to find they put actual croutons in the wrap. Provides a big crunch in a relatively lackluster sandwich. Maybe I'll try something new next time.

Friendly & helpful staff. Food & shakes are delicious. I had the black bean soup, chicken panini & a detox shake. I’ll be back!

I used to frequent this place (Doral) and always ordered the chicken empanadas. On my last visit, I found a piece of plastic inside the empanada. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, another worker intervened in a very disrespectful manner, demanding that I show her the plastic. Although he finally saw it and confirmed it, they did not offer me a suitable solution. With the disgust that the situation generated in me, I rejected their offer to exchange the empanada, and at no time did they offer me a refund or an alternative. I had to go to the cashier myself to ask for my money back, which is totally unacceptable. The person who helped me, a lady with yellow hair and large glasses, was very rude throughout the entire incident. These are things that can happen, however, the way they face their clients is not appropriate. Super rude, I won't be back again

This was one of my favs to eat healthy, delicious and vegan… until last Friday that I had a really unpleasant and disrespectful moment with my breakfast when I ordered the vegan chick’n quinoa arepa, which I’ve ordered multiple times before, but I found out on the first bite they put a real chicken in my arepa… it was really disturbing because it couldn’t be a mistake since you can tell the difference and there’s none arepa in the menu with same ingredients but real chicken… anyways, I went that afternoon to talk to the manager with proof on hand, to let them know what the people in the kitchen are doing to its customers but he wasn’t there, they told me he was going to be there the day after during morning hours so I went back without success, and the people who was working in that moment didn’t give me a professional treatment, they were really rude… so ashamed, this used to be a really good place! SUMMARY, IF YOU’RE VEGAN, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY
