We stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport everytime we cruise!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful,always clean!! The staff are very patient and helpful, always kind and professional, and it can get pretty hectic with large groups of cruisers!! We got the wrong room and it was dirty. Grill 305 was WAY overpriced, and had horrible food and service. It's not worth what they charge for this place.
This hotel was amazing. They were so accommodating at 1am when our plane was cancelled with no luggage. We travel alot and I would give this place a 10 out 10! Great place!
