We stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport everytime we cruise!! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, always clean!! The staff are very patient and helpful, always kind and professional, and it can get pretty hectic with large groups of cruisers!! We stayed there twice this year, Nov 15 being the latest, and we got the best room we've ever had! The view of the Airport was breathtaking!! I'm a huge fan of watching planes take off and land!! The food gas always been delicious!!! We love Happy Hour, with the live music and drinks!! It's just a very chill , relaxing atmosphere and a great way to start our vacation!! Shuttle service, airport, and port, is convenient and smooth! I always recommend this hotel to all my clients and to anyone asking for recommendations!! Thank you for all you do to make our stay there a wonderful experience!! See you next year!!!
The shuttle bus to and from the airport does not run every 30 minutes like they claim. Once we got on the shuttle the AC was not working. It was so hot inside. Got to the hotel and the lady working the front desk was super rude. There was zero acknowledgment when we walked in to check in. She ended up skipping us who were in line for someone else who just walked in. She didn’t even bother to tell us about breakfast. Found old food behind the TV in the room and hair on the toilet paper. Definitely stay away from this place!
Very nice hotel but it is aging. Also our room on the 7th floor had a beautiful view of downtown Miami and the sunrise; it also was in the flight path of planes departing from the airport and was loud in the room all night. Every few minutes. Made sleeping very difficult.
This hotel is very large and the suites are spacious, but personally I found it dated and in need of a full refurbishment. I did love the glass elevators, though. You receive vouchers for a drink and a ‘dinner,’ but the dinner is really just snacks. You can order proper food from local restaurants which is delivered to your room.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel and, in hindsight, I wouldn’t do that again — it wasn’t anything to write home about, I didn’t even finish mine, and it was quite expensive. It’s much better value to order Uber Eats or from nearby restaurants.
I stayed here only because I was attending an event and this was the hotel chosen by the celebrant.
The lady at the front desk would not give us a room key to get into our room. She was not helpful at all and told us to just beat on the room door until someone open the door. Hotel has not games or activities for their guest.
Nice hotel and extremely busy. Looks like a mall inside
It's close to the airport, but it is also very loud as aircraft take off overhead. Be prepared for lots of loud kids and long lines for buffets and drinks. Restaurant food is Subpar, but the pizza is worst. Ran out of tissues in the room and my allergies were playing hell with me and had to use napkins instead.
Just consider what you want before booking.
Good experience will do it again
11/10. Staff lovely, accommodation amazing, service incredible. Recommend to anyone
Consider having having a different type of breakfast meat besides only pork. I don't understand why someone staying at the hotel should have to pay for parking.

This Embassy suites was clean, good amenities, good happy hour & breakfast food options. The staff was nice as well.
The biggest issue, for me, is it is literally next to the airport departure terminal and flights begin super early (before 5am) and late night (after 11pm) and are approximatelyevery 5 min. There is also a train nearby and the horn woke me up twice a night each night. My stay was for 5 days and I got very little sleep each night.
Unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper this is location may not be for you.
By far the best hotel experience I've had in years !
The rooms were clean and they did shuttle us to our cruise ship for a fee. We had to wait for quite a while for shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but we were grateful for the ride.
Wonderful breakfast selection!
FIVE STAR STAFF!! I stay at a lot of hotels for work and especially airport hotels. This runs about the standard (and slightly above) in terms of location, convenience, and the room. I saw a lot of cruise passengers taking advantage of the free breakfast and shuttle. Very smart. Rooms were okay with some signs of aging. Cleanliness was average as well. What pushes this over the top is the service. The breakfast attendant and omelet station staff were incredible. Jessica, guest relations, was stellar!! She went above and beyond for me. I can’t say enough nice things about her. Team members assist all around and don’t pass you along to someone else. Would (and probably will) stay again.
