I stopped by this cute Italian small cafe and had a wonderful experience. I had the Spinach Parmesan soup which was very fresh and tasty (they make this one on Mondays and a different soup everyday of the week. I also had the veggie bowl and it was truly delicious and well
prepared with quinoa, soft boiled eggs , many veggies and a honey lime dressing . My colleague instead ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast and a green smoothie which she truly enjoyed . Staff was extremely nice and efficient. Great spot for a quick , healthy, perfect lunch while you are around the Miami Tower in downtown Miami in the Sky Lobby 11th floor. Try it !!!

Europe in America! I love this place as it has products straight from Italy and Europe which is such a blessing in Miami! Since we moved from France, it’s been hard to find good quality, European tasty foods and Gualt’s literally is the answer. Must try ?
