They refused to give me hot water for my babies bottle, they said I need to purchase something. Absolutely zero empathy. The man working there (leider) claimed he would get fired if he gave me a very small amount of boiling water. however also said he was acting manager at the time and was being watched by his boss on CCTV. Whoever is the boss of this place is clearly scaring the staff to offer out a basic human right (water!) madness.

Extremely rude customer service! Purchased 7 grande lattes and two juices, spent more than $70 and still wouldn’t give plain hot water! They could be nicer about it instead of being very rude in the way they speak to you, especially the lady! Horrible horrible service!

Also guava juice was completely watered down! Do not get it, not worth the money you pay for it:

It's an airport kiosk so not much to expect somehow the bar was set even lower. The cappuccino was the worst I ever had they didn't include it in my first order. It was basically a watered down latte and cold as in room temperature. I tried to return someone's wallet they did not understand that's what I was doing. Security told me to leave it with them anyway. There are better options nearby to get coffee. Don't waste your time and money

The guys who work here remembered who’s order was who’s and made the drinks perfect. I sat by the pickup window and watched everyone’s face surprised by how good the drinks were. I spent a week in Florida and this is the only place that made the drinks the way I asked. Amaziiing. Easily best coffee place in Miami.

Don’t understand why a coffee shop starts to close up at 6:30 PM when they close at 8:30 PM. People need their espressos!

Food is terrible!! Sandwich was ice cold (even though they heated it up). Pastry was sticky like glue.

Delicious white chocolate mocha and good sized guava cheese pastry for $10. Cheaper than Starbucks! Sandwiches looked good too.

At Miami International Airport I received excellent treatment from its employees. Both Beatriz, Lissete and Ernesto left me the taste of return. It is worth highlighting the magnificent preparation of its barista Lissete. Highly recommended for a coffee at any time.

Off the Ship and headed to the airport to fly home and was dying for a hot coffee and sandwich and this location delivered. I passed by the quick shops and stood in line to order a Hot Mocha Coffee and custom egg and cheese on croissant. Both were sooo good! Nice and hot and made my tummy happy. There were many hot and cold (bottled water and fresh squeezed juices) options. Wish this spot was in VA!

I usually don't write a review but today I would like to share my experience. I am very disappointed with service on guava Java in Miami international airport, at counter F. One of the members who is taking my order was very rude, I asked the same service in different place at the same airport and I being very polite amd nice. I order 2 coffe and wanted to get hot water not for free, ,to purchase. I was told by guy who was taking the order that they are not selling hot water, I asked for green tea, I was given black tea. When I mentioned that I specifically asked for green, the lady who is making my coffee explained that they don't have it but I can have hot water.now is interesting part, the guy reimbursed me 3dollars and got hot water and looked at me and just poured it out.he didn't apologized or anything, showing his attitude..first of all ,I didn't ask for free. The next place sold me just a hot water for 54 cents. As being said, even everything looked very delicious because of this very rude employee, I would never make any purchase in this place. Thank you!

The ladies here were were the good note of our 5 hours of chaos. If you are in Concourse F and you need a good sandwich or breakfast, stop by. They won't disappoint.

Very expensive! Two bagels, two coffees, and a muffin was over $30 after tip. The bagels were very chewy and hard to bite, basically had to rip it apart which was messy and got cream cheese everywhere. The muffin was kind of damp and bready. The coffee was decent and the staff was friendly enough but overall not worth it. I've had better bagels from the grocery store "expiring soon" section.
