Food is really good.The customer service sucks.
We've been there a couple of times, and it has not disappointed. However, I personally feel put off by establishments that add in the tip. Rather than increase, I am often tempted to decrease.

I was hesitant to give this place a try due to some of the reviews but happy we did. Prices were reasonable, loved the environment, friendly and attentive waitress. Food was good, no complaints, I had the chicken soup and yuca fries, both deeelicious! Some of my fam had the mofongo which was also very good.
Shrimp piled high over a bed of the best mashed potatoes ever and Red snapper smothered with a smoky seafood sauce and love is all you need,
You’ll forget what you had for breakfast but not lunch !
I come here once or twice a week, their food is delicious!!!
Atmosphere was great. The server was wonderful unfortunately I didn’t catch your name, but will definitely be going back. Hopefully, she can serve us when we go.
