This restaurant has lost its appeal. The food and service have become subpar. Servers standing around having conversations while your grill is going up in smoke. No one came around to fix that. The rice that comes in that scolding hot bowl was just left at our table and not even mixed. Ultimately we have been here so many times but after this last experience, won't be back.
Best experience at a restaurant that I have moved to Miami. Customer service was amazing! Hard to find that here in Miami. Coming from the capital of customer service is number one. It's hard to find that here. Keep it up!
Good service, warm and friendly. We've been customers long time and haven't returned for four years. We noticed significant changes in the quality of the meat, which was tough. Otherwise, we're satisfied.
We go here at least once a month. We love the food and the atmosphere. A definite must if you like Korean bbq
i love going here honestly, the one in brickell is way faster this one always has “ kitchen “ issues but that's fine i still love it and eat here all the time
Food is excellent as well as service. The only concern I have is the noise level and the entrance door that is way too heavy to pull. Other than that, it's perfect.
1st time here and I love it the waitress was amazing and the food so good I would be coming back for sure with the whole family or with friend.

I come all the time because the food and service is always phenomenal. Gabriela was our server and she stood out with her hospitality, knowledge of the menu, radiant personality and excellent service. Cant wait to be back and hopefully have her as a server again!
We love this restaurant. This is the 4th location we visit across 3 different states. The lunch special with 3 BBQ items is so worth it and quite filling - it comes with a salad, Miso soup, rice bowl and 3 BBQ items. You can add a smore for $2 extra as a dessert.
I went with a friend and we had a great meal with wagyu beef and everything was amazing until we got dessert. After a $90/person dinner and then... Do NOT get the s'mores. It was a joke and a huge waste of money. They give you two graham crackers, one marshmallow, and ONE, one rectangle of Hershey's bar. Not half the bar like normal people. One of the rectangles. The one inch by half inch rectangle. I laughed out loud when they brought it to it looking all sad on a plate. Just one s'more when my friend got a whole big piece of tiramisu. They made a killing off that dessert. I asked for more chocolate. They did give it to me, but that was wild after paying that much for the meal.

Too expensive . Knock prices down 25% and it’s reasonable.
