On Saturday I went to Häagen-Dazs with my family to get a milkshake and an ice cream excited to eat a nice treat, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service felt rushed and almost impatient, even though there wasn’t a single person waiting in line behind us. We didn’t even get the chance to look at all the flavors because one of the men staff members kept pushing us to order quickly, which completely took away the fun of choosing what we wanted. I ordered a strawberry milkshake expecting something rich and creamy, but it tasted oddly watered down, more like strawberry mixed with water than an actual milkshake. It was surprising and frustrating considering the brand’s reputation. We left feeling let down because what should have been a simple, enjoyable family treat turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

On Saturday, we visited the shop with a group of nine five-year-old children. We were the only customers there. Naturally, with a group of young kids, it was a bit loud—but nothing out of the ordinary for an ice cream shop.
The employee who was serving us was very pleasant. However, the manager, the young woman with the nose piercing, greeted us by immediately telling the kids they needed to keep their voices low. We didn’t make much of it at first and continued ordering, but she repeated the instruction again, and it felt out of place. The children were simply talking and laughing—nothing excessive or disruptive.
We understand that businesses have rules, but this is an ice cream shop, not a quiet environment like a church or classroom. Instead of helping us move through the ordering process quickly and smoothly, the manager chose to escalate the situation and began arguing with several of the moms. At that point, we decided it was best to leave.
It was disappointing, and I genuinely feel bad for the owner, because this manager’s behavior does not reflect someone who cares about the customers or the business. It might be something worth looking into.

Super nice employees! We came in after a large party of children, and the worker Katie was apologizing to us since there was adults singing happy birthday REALLY loud in the store and we couldn't properly place our order. She helped us in the end and was super kind! Definitely will be coming back

We came in with 9 kids under 6 and Katie, the manager she says, told us to keep our voices down, she kept saying it but any parent knows that its nearly impossible to have 9 kids celebrating a birthday who are getting ice cream to be quiet. Very rude of her to continue arguing with us and even told us to leave, so we had to take the ice creams from kids and left them behind. We went to another ice cream place & they treated us great.

Great customer service. This location is perfect as you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream. I ordered a dulce de leche milkshake and it was really yummy. The staff was attentive and very kind employee. It was a happy experience and what one expects when going out for ice cream any given Thursday afternoon!

The manager needs to take a day and clean every surface in this location.. The doors, ice cream guards, and even the credit card reader are filthy. Worse was the employees don’t wear gloves when they are scooping the ice cream. The guy scooping out ice cream had no gloves and a bandaid on his hand and was reaching deep into the containers.. They need to improve the level of sanitation at this place.
Yesterday I went to buy three ice creams and all of them were smoothies, all of them watery, the boy made them all reluctantly and it's not fair how much money it costs..
