Wonderful experience.
We showed up at 10:35 PM, well before their listed closing time of 11 PM, only to find the place already shut down. We even saw the employee walking out! If you’re going to close early, please update your hours — very disappointing and unprofessional.
I watched an employee cough in her hands then proceed to serve ice cream. When I asked her did she cough in her hands, she stated I’m not sick. Please wash your hands

Ordered a milkshake. Top 3/4 was basically chocolate milk and bottom 1/4 was too thick to drink. Very expensive trash

I waited patiently in line, and when it was finally my turn, the young lady asked what I’d like to order. I was really excited to get my frozen dessert, especially in this heat. 🙃
However, after I told her what I wanted, she said she couldn’t help me with that type of order (only ice cream from her) and that I needed to order from the next person.
When I went to the next staff member, she told me she could only take payments and that I needed to order from the person who had just sent me over.
I explained that I had already tried to order with the first person, but she insisted I had to go back and order from her anyway. This back-and-forth was frustrating.
So I just told her never mind and left the shop. I spent my money elsewhere. So incompetent staff.
Ice cream is good but the portions are very small for what you got
