If I could give a negative review I would. The staff tonight was unprofessional when ordering or asking question in an empty shop. When asked for names to notify upper management they asked “why” no name tags or method of accountability. I’ve always had a great experience but today was unfortunately very disappointing. Don’t come here if you want to be mistreated, while voicing concerns professionally. one young lady walked off the other was very understanding. Just don’t waste your time, save your money not worth it.
It’s always been one of the best ice cream places to go. All options on flavours; cup, cone or waffle options as well; really good and recommended. Also smoothies, Sundaes and more. Located right in the heart of Miami, at Brickell City Centre. Walking distance from everywhere. Good customer service. Just be patient, the place is almost always full since their ice creams are the best. Paid parking available in the building.
The worst … horrible customer service they don’t listen the customer needs and doesn’t know how to make sundae . So unprofessional and unorganized.
Mocha shake was a 1/5. Untasteful sugar bomb threw away after a couple sips. Oreo drazzel was 5/5 amazing

The difference between an ice cream from this store or another of the same brand is not even Gina, the difference is made by the employees. Today a girl named Regla helped me, incredible thanks for my ice cream on Sunday!
