I ordered 3 items vía Dash and because they don’t have an ingredient, they just decided to cancel the order and send just 1 item. No calls to ask if maybe replacing with something else ? How do I tell 3 kids the ice cream place decided to cancel and send 1 ice cream for 3 ? I called and Thai ( the name she provided ) says they are not allowed to give the managers name ? I guess they prefer to cancel orders instead of generate sales? I just canceled the order. If you’re planning to order dash, call them first and make sure they have what you are ordering in the app !!! They won’t hesitate to send whatever they want.

Extremely disappointing experience. My husband asked for vanilla ice cream, and the employee claimed they didn’t have any — even though they just opened a brand-new bucket. How does a Häagen-Dazs not have vanilla, their most basic flavor? The staff seemed uninterested and gave no explanation. Definitely not the level of service expected from a premium ice cream brand.

Customer service extremely bad! I ordered 1 sundae and a smoothie and has to wait for more than 15 min for the smoothie to be prepared. 4 employees working, one of them is new and there was a lack of collaboration from the other team members.

The girl who attends does not know how to use the system, it took her more than 30 minutes to serve 3 people, I will not return to that place, the service is terrible
