We ordered a scoop of ice cream, but the wrapper was completely stuck to the waffle cone. When we told the staff, their attitude was really bad — they rolled their eyes at us and even said the wrapper was edible 👎. The service was terrible; they should have just given us a new one instead of constantly rolling their eyes.

I loved finding this Häagen-Dazs spot inside the mall! The service was quick, which I really appreciated. It would’ve been nice if the staff had shown a bit more willingness to help, but to be fair, it was close to closing time and they probably were just tired — totally understandable.

What's not to love about Häagan-Daz. Amazing ice cream and wonderful customer service is a great combination. I got the new blueberry dazzled and it was spectacular. The combination of blueberry sherbet, blueberry filing, whip-cream, and lemon crackers was to die for. My wife got the blueberry shake which she said was creamy and tart. It's definitely a place to stop by and visit when walking through Dolphin Mall

They dont deserve a star horrible customer service. They only want to help those that speak Spanish.they need to be advised they are in the U.S not in there country. And they need to attend those that speak english.

I bought a banana split which didn't come complete and I told them it was missing and they told me there isn't any but in a rude way I think that if they don't have a product they shouldn't offer it, they were very rude and said there isn't one I told them why they should sell it if they don't have it They are bothering because they are two girls, they were bothered to complain about something that I am within my right, the attention of the 2 ladies is very bad, they should improve their attitude and if not, they should not go out to work reluctantly.

The employees are very rude and do not help at all, you ask them anything and they do not answer you and ignore you, plus they had a very arrogant and rude attitude towards us, horrible customer service.

When we arrived at the place, the two employees ignored us, we walked around the establishment and it was not until we asked them if they could serve us that they asked us with a bad attitude what we wanted, I asked for a shake of dulce de leche with chocolate, and they gave it to me. They only gave chocolate, I don't know the name of the girl who served me but she is a tall young woman with black hair.

I recently visited the Häagen-Dazs store and had a disappointing experience. I asked for extra cream for my coffee and was told I could only get two.
This was particularly frustrating because I had just given a TIP to the staff. Given the high prices, I expected better service and more flexibility. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Extremely rude lady as she is trying to hide in the 2nd picture. Refuse to serve me. Passed 2 latinas in front of me and the “ they were here 1st “ when I got there o my turn told I could pay and someone else was going to help me and start to take the order of the people behind me! Outrageous such wonderful brand employing such racist and disrespectful employees

Mr. Nicefood

The product I bought is very tasty. Unfortunately, you are treated rudely. 3 people on site, all three playing around on their cell phones. When you order, you get the feeling that you are intruding.
Before they start preparing the shake, they play on their cell phones again. Once the shake is ready, they play on their cell phones again before collecting the money. Not a nice word, not a smile. Sad, because the product is good. I won't visit again.
