We arrived with a confirmed reservation and were told it “couldn't be found” until a manager intervened and seated us. After our server took our order, we were blatantly ignored for the remainder of the night. Tables seated after us directly beside us were immediately served appetizers and full entrées while we sat there repeatedly asking for updates. Our appetizers came after multiple requests, and our entrée never came at all. Not once did our server apologize, explain, or show any concern. This is a high-end restaurant where guests routinely spend $300+ and expect basic professionalism. What we experienced was not a mistake—it was neglect. Being the only table treated this way was infuriating and humiliating, and it is impossible to ignore the clear disparity in service. At that point, it stops feeling like poor service and starts feeling intentional, and frankly, discriminatory.
Ambiance is the biggest plus Habibi's has. The music is like no other, dancers, vibes all of it. I love hookah and I will say although its expensive, the flavors are amazing. Food is ok, but if you're coming here for the vibes, its def worth a visit. It's my fourth time here but this time I feel like service has changed. My waiter was nice however the remaining staff members no. I feel like they're extremely strict about the time frame you have when sitting, they want you out before the two-hour mark. It's like every minute; every penny is a greater importance. This isn't Cheesecake factory where you eat and leave, the whole point of coming to Habibi's is for the show and vibes. We got asked multiple times if we wanted the check and we were an hour and 15 mins in. We were done with our food; however, we were still enjoying the music and hookah. There wasn't a crowd outside waiting to be seated so I didn't understand the rush. Kind of killed the mood a bit. There was a moment when we were trying to enjoy the Miami river view (it has the downtown skyline and water view, so nice) and taking pictures, the security or staff member who ever it was, rudely stated the dock is closed. He could've said "Hi apologies, but we have to close the dock." At the end of the day, you are talking to women and it's important to be courteous. I live about 5 mins away and out of all the restaurants I've been to, I've never experienced this type of smugness.
Truly an amazing dining experience not to be missed. From the moment you walk in the door you're welcomed as family. Kumail our waiter and the rest of the dining room staff were very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. All of them added greatly to our evening. The food was presented beautifully, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Be sure to stay for the belly dancers!
Make sure you are going for the party and ready to spend +$3k, not for a casual dinner Moroccan experience. Do not expect comfortable and high end professionals , but crazy stressful and party vibes all over. We spent $1.5k for dinner and were kicked out in less than 2h from the table... for which we had to wait over 30 min to be seated, and were negotiated the minimum spend before seating. imp to know, 22% gratuity mandatory... one time order for the table, then, you either go for bottle service, or you need to move to the bar.
Overall was a good experience for my mom‘s birthday, but we wouldn't go back. I feel it's way too expensive for what it is. The food was good. The service was good. The ambience was good. The value there is no value. 😂 everything is over price.
Very small space. No adequate hosting. Didn't hold up to the reservation. Time door guys. Very rude. Think they are somebody but in reality they're doormen at the end of the day this place was overcrowded and staff just rude
Love the ambiance, good music and sound, great food, check your bill before paying at home I notice I got over charged on drinks. My mistake I trusted the server.
Amazing !!! The people, the ambiance, the manager, the server..the best of the best hospitality experience a person can receive in Miami/US. Reminds me so much of middle eastern hospitality. Overall exceptional experience
Amazing place great customer service, the food was delicious, I love there hookah, the show just everything in this pace was perfect can't wait to go again
Oh gosh my worse experience ever , the waiter did a horrible service, never come back to the table to check on us. we need to ask the other waiter for him. My friend and I, asked to each other , what he's behaving like that. Of course, the gratuity was included 22% what he didn't deserve it. To loud , barely you can't talk. The drinks take forever, when I said forever 45 minutes to an hour. Never come back there

The setting was stunning. The food was exquisite and the staff made us feel like family! Such amazing energy! Highly recommend!
Great food and ambience however staff not as accommodating 2 hour strict time limit and felt rushed constantly advised about time limit
Amazing experience. It was my cousin's 40th birthday and had nothing but an amazing time for start to finish. The entertainment, food, decor, and vibe was amazing.
Having recently returned from the UAE, where we experienced true fine dining at its best — from HuQQabaz to Doors Dubai — it's clear that Habibi Miami still has much to learn when it comes to authentic hospitality and guest experience. While the setting and ambiance are impressive, the overall service felt rushed and transactional. If you don't order another drink within the two-hour window, there's a clear sense of pressure to finish up. The wait staff repeatedly came to our table asking if we were “okay” and tried to remove our plates multiple times, even when I had clearly said I wasn't finished. That kind of constant interruption makes it difficult to relax and enjoy the evening. When I inquired about the hookah menu, there was no follow-up or explanation of pricing — leaving guests open to surprise charges at the end of the night. No patron should ever feel pressured to pay a hefty, unclear bill. Transparency is key, and that's something the UAE does exceptionally well. In Dubai, the standard is quality over quantity — where service, pacing, and respect for guests define the experience. Habibi Miami has the potential to offer that same level of excellence, but only if it focuses less on turnover and more on genuine hospitality.
After making reservation here was turned away from doorman even showing my booking confirmation
