Absolutely terrible experience. Reservation was 9pm, waited till 10pm to be seated (check in twice with the hostess at this point), then we were seated outside and told by the hostess we can order our food and will be moved inside once our table was ready. The waiter then refused to take our order saying he will not move us to our reserved table indoors. We then requested the hostess and waiter communicate for them to come back not agreeing with one another. It was then 10:40pm so we requested a manager who took 15 minutes to come. Once the manager arrived she said she received a different story. She said she is sending over the general manager. The general manager took over 15 minutes to come at this point as well past 11 PM. When the general manager arrived, he told us there was nothing he could do AND would not be moving us indoors as there's no seating - so for over two hours, they held that detail back. The table outside were folding tables with chairs - no ambience and only two random tables only. The general manager raised their voice, we did not get their name - all that I can note is male with a french accent, and told us there is nothing they can do to help. It was now close to midnight, two managers later with no apology or compensation and no table (which we had reserved). We left the restaurant and walked over to Casa Neos which I strongly recommend to anyone - amazing service and atmosphere. Habibi has no customer service, in fact the table next to us outdoors also stood up and left as they had a similar situation and waited over 40 minutes to get water served to them. I am not one to leave negative reviews however this surely warranted one.

Very limited food and drink menu, they rush you from the minute you walk in, only allowed to order once! Not allowed to seat for over an 1 1/2 max 2 hrs. Loud! Beautiful decor and beautiful 2 belly dancers

Wowww!!! Such a fun experience. Loved the night club vibe and the beautiful dancers. Incredible food! Would be a great dining choice if you're celebrating a special occasion because the energy is unmatched. The service was phenomenal, especially Giancarlo. Thank you to the Habibi Team - we will definitely be back.

Horrible place for party of 2. I had 10pm reservations. I stood and waited at the bar for over 1.5hrs for them to tell me they have no seats left. Why accept reservations that's you can't accommodate. Thank god Kiki on the river was still open and we were able to get a set over there at 12am. My feet had blisters from standing so long despite having reservations. Very disappointing because I stated clearly we wanted to celebrate our new engagement that night. It's so unfortunate

They didn't let us in the were very rude at the door they told us that they don't let gypsies in and that we were gypsy I will never return and telling local news to do an investigation on discrimination

Got there for a 930 reservation and waited around a hour and 20 to be seated. The owner is cool and gave us a couple free drinks for the wait and then we finally get seated next to a table of young guys who are clearly not from this town. They bump into me and start issues. The bouncer gets in the middle telling us to go fight outside and so I grab my jacket to head outside he stops me and asks me starts threatening me himself. The guy was extremely aggressive and must be mad that I was with a dime and he was working. Bro started banging Kendall on me.. I'm pretty sure it was because I was having a dinner with my girlfriend and the group was buying bottles. anyways we left. Place is overall crowded with a very fake Arabic atmosphere. Musics too loud. Food that was able to eat was decent. Overall owner should probably do a screening on employees prior to hiring

We had a horrible experience . We reserved a table 4 people stood at bar 40 min to get a table outside. After we requested a table inside, we were told to sit inside you have to spend a min of liquor . This is not a club it's a Restaurant . Miss leading and horrible service .
Very nice place with amazing vibe servers are good and the music is good too, only thing is food wasn't that good as expected to be

We were kept waiting 1 hour and a half at 7:50. Rude front desk and we ended up in nowhere land outside !! The whole party is inside . We drove up from Boca over an hour away for a birthday . Service was slow and our server basically forgot about us out in Siberia. Sat next to a smoker it was uncool . Food was very good and so were the drinks . Main dining room is beautiful and the music was fantastic. Wish we could have seen the dancers . We will not go back again Pricey but most Miami is now

The menu was absolutely devastatingly underwhelming. The items I ordered were not even good for the price I paid . Only thing that saved the experience was the ambiance. I wouldn't come here again

The place is very very beautiful, the food is very good but menu is very small and confusing , drinks and hookah are unique and good. Some things are extremely over priced like the hookah refill is $150 for example which is ridiculous.
