I had an extremely disappointing experience at Habibi Miami and feel obligated to warn others.
I made a reservation for four people and paid the required $50 per person deposit to secure the table. Everything was confirmed in advance, so we showed up on time expecting to be seated as planned. Instead, the security staff at the door told us our table had been given away because another group wanted to buy bottles and “spend more money.”
This made absolutely no sense. They had no idea how much my group planned to spend, and regardless, a reservation with a paid deposit should guarantee your table. That’s the entire purpose of a reservation.
What made the situation even worse was how we were treated. When we questioned what happened, the response we got was essentially that there was nothing they could do and that we should leave or they would call the police. It was shocking and incredibly unprofessional.
I’ve never experienced customer service like this at a restaurant. Taking deposits, giving away reserved tables for perceived higher spenders, and then threatening guests is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend people think twice before making a reservation here. There are plenty of places in Miami that actually respect their customers and honor reservations.

Dont come here, dont make reservations NOCOLAS was terrible he was rude. This seems more of a cult than a restaurant. We had reservations and did not honor the reservation because they give your table away to the highest bidder. We were on time and he told us to go home after driving an hour away.

NICOLAS VERY RUDE DOOR MAN FULL OF TATTOS WITH A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. WE HAD RESERVATIONS AND DID NOT LET US IN BECAUSE APPARENTLY IF SOMEONE COMES IN WITH MONEY AND BUYS YOUR TABLES THEY WILL GIVE YOUR TABLE AWAY. SO BOTTOM LINE DONT BOTHER MAKING RESERVATIONS BECAUSE THEY WILL TURN YOU DOWN AT THE DOOR.

LLAN & RICARDO. beyond grateful to have them as my servants so nice, on time, great customer service, always checking up on our table making sure everything okay, good convo were able to connect on soccer haha! overall they’re the best servants!!
This had to be one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to in Miami. We went to celebrate a birthday with a group of 12 girls, and from the moment we arrived the staff made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Right away they kept reminding us that the table was only for two hours. Some of my friends had stepped away for a few minutes to take pictures, and the server actually went looking for them just to tell them to come back to the table or they were going to close us out.
On top of that, the server came to the table at least five times within less than five minutes demanding that we place our food order. It felt like we were being watched the entire time instead of being able to enjoy the celebration. The pressure and attitude from the staff completely ruined the vibe.
To make matters worse, the manager was also extremely rude and unaccommodating. This was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my friend, and the experience was honestly so unpleasant that it ruined the celebration. I would not recommend this place at all.
