First time here and everything was great! The waiter Rika she has such a beautiful spirit served us very well and always with a smile. She helped us choose some of our entrees. Then a gentleman which I saw he was part of the kitchen (assuming he was the owner) came by to ask us how we’re doing and that is great hospitality. I will definitely come again. This place used to be one of the best in Miami , I would rave to my friends and family about it but today I had one of the worst experiences . I think that there was a change in management or the chef changed but something is not right . It all started out with us coming in and waiting about 15 minutes for the server to come greet us . There was then a commotion between the chef and an elderly African American man whom I believe was the dish washer , they stated screaming at each other right in front of us , I kept looking at them to try to calm them down which they did after some time . My wife and I felt very uncomfortable during the whole interaction , we thought we were in danger at one point . Later on the chef and whom I think was the manager ( gentlemen with glasses and a beard , started arguing also right in front of us ) . The food came after and it felt like it was old / rushed it was horrible . The ramen was bland and the chicken tender bao you could tell was not cooked to order it was old . I am very sad as this used to be my go to forRamen in Miami and I do not think I will ever return :(.

I've gone to a lot of different ramen shops, and I mean A LOT. This is hands down the best ramen I've ever had. Whenever I go to other ramen shops, I always end up comparing it to Hachidori. The broth is so rich. The service is outstanding. I've recommended this spot to so many of my friends, and every single one of them had only good things to say. 10/10, must try if you're in the area.

We had a lovely evening at Hachidori tonight. In Miami, where it is usually a choice between good service and good food, Hachidori delivers on both fronts. We were newbies to Hachidori and ordered way more than our tummies could handle, just to sample what they do. It was all without fault. The service was outstanding and Danny went above and beyond giving us a Sake education with a flight. They do volume take out, but the eat-in experience should not be missed!

Food was amazing! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly especially Torika. She gave off such good energy it made the meal so much better. The happy hour is awesome. I definitely recommend and I’m coming back with friends.
This place is small, very tiny. Sticky buns = Hawaiian with honey on top. Pork Boa bun had a weird tasting sweet sauce and the pork was tough. The OG Ramen was absolutely horrible. The broth tasted like you were drinking oil, the egg tasted bitter and just off, the pork was tough and chewy. We came here for a birthday dinner and yeah it was a total bust. None of us are our food and left hungry. I’ve had ramen all over the world and this was not it at all! The staff was nice though. Definitely won’t come back, sad part is we had a few people that wanted our opinion bc they wanted to go here also. Smh

We. Love. This . Spot. Both my girlfriend and I are avid foodies and huge into ramen, and I just can’t get enough of this place, from the staff to the atmosphere and especially the food. The broth this place makes is top tier, it will literally bring you back to life, whenever we feel a little off we go here, order the OG and leave like we just went to heaven, I’ve never had food that will change the way I feel in less than a few minutes. Now on to the highlight of the entire place, Torika, an absolute sweetheart and a ray of sunshine, she brings a energy that just can’t be beat, yes the food is some of the best we’ve had but we come back for her.
