These empanadas were so good. And they were at the airport. We had beef, spicy beef, chicken, ham and cheese, guava banana, dulce del luche, and chocolate hazelnut. The spicy beef was the best along with the dulce de luche. We really enjoyed these. 4 of us ate 10. Really awesome place run by very nice people.

So so so good!!! My favorite empanadas are the Cheesy Gaucho and the Creamed Spinach! I've also had the Banana Split that was super rich and good. I didn't really like the Guava and Cheese one but I would definitely order the others again and again!!!

Everything was good just disappointed because the Cuban sandwich is advertised with plantain chips and it comes with nothing, I ate it in other places around and always come with a side

Decided to try this spot while in the area. The spot is really cute and different from anywhere I had seen before. I was excited to give their empanadas a try. I couldn't decide on either a sweet or savory choice so I picked BOTH. I started with the bacon egg and cheese. The empanada was pretty decent a lot of cheese and egg but lacked any bacon. I am a huge fan guava and had high expectations for this guava and cheese empanada. I was a little let down they filling was more just like a guava cream and I didn't get any cheese taste from it. This place let me down and not sure i'll come back.

We've been coming here ever since we lived in the neighborhood. Really great and we have NEVER been treated poorly. We bought a place on the beach and thought we could find comparable empanadas. As they say in BROOKLYN- FORGETABADDIT. THE BEST HANDS DOWN. WE DRIVE OVER JUST TO GET THEIR SPICEY CHICKEN AND PORK ONES. THE BEST
Empanadas good. Customer service awful. Counter person obviously wanted to be somewhere else. Handed me the food without saying a word and then walked away. Will not be returning.

We bought a dozen empanadas spending like $40. They gave us one sauce. When we asked for more they said they ran out. It's 10:30 am... come on.

Tasty, albeit pricey, empanadas. The sweet empanadas are a bit too sweet for me. I like their savory empanadas. My favorite is the cheesy gaucho. They also have good coffee. This location is located in a small plaza with other food vendors. Parking can be difficult if the food vendors are busy, but just take any spot you can find since Half Moon usually fills orders pretty quickly.
