I visited this establishment for brunch while visiting Miami. I ordered the avocado flat bread and my husband ordered the red hot chicken and waffles. His food was immaculate! My flatbread was just ok for me but that is only because I like my flatbread on the softer side and theirs is extra crispy, so that came down to a personal preference. I also ordered bottomless mimosas for $28 which was great because one was $14. The caveat is that they are bottomless for 90min. In a place like that with the crowd you're going to see your waiter/waitress every 20m at best. My waitress was Maria, and she was very accommodating, informative, and helpful. She helped us with the app as well. After the mimosas I ordered a Tiki Royale with her help that was very good and a really pretty purple and yellow. Additionally, we sat outside upper deck and had a fantastic view to people watch and also watch the boats coming in and out. I probably would not come for brunch, but I'd definitely come back.

It was fine. The vibe seemed different than other Hard Rock Cafes that I've been to. I get it that they wanted it to feel more 'Miami', but the colored lights flashing didn't give me a Miami feeling when rock and alternative music was playing in the restaurant. Maybe if they had different music playing it would have helped. The service took awhile to get started, but we did get plenty of refills on drinks. However, the server directly touched the straw from my empty drink and put it into the one they just brought to the table. Took out the straw immediately. The food itself was fine, it mce again the brownie sundae is huge.
