Booked the National Championship Watch party on January 13th for the 19th. It was supposed to include a new appetizer platter and a game day menu. They were going to charge me for the appetizer and no game day menu exists. Unlike others who may have sat there and let yet another corporation take advantage and just "roll with the flow". I rolled right on out of there. Hard Rock will never receive another nickel of my money. They got the $50 for the experience, hope they enjoy it.

The main problem was the food. The sandwiches arrived promptly, but the meat (especially the chicken) was tough to chew, having been ready for minutes. The waitress was very friendly, the atmosphere was adequate, but the place is old, not renovated for a long time. The elevator and rooms are old.

La persona que nos atendió se demoró en llevarnos los productos, sobre todo los tragos, ya que algunos llegaron cuando estábamos terminando de comer. Staff is so nice!!!!! From the host when we arrived who sat us at a great table, the waiter, and the manager who kindly stopped by a few times....all were really nice and wanted to be sure we had a great experience. The view from the hightop tables next to the Bay is great. Food was good, especially the caesar salads; chicken sandwiches were good and pricing was reasonable.

I've visited several Hard Rock Cafes around the world, and this is the first time I've been so disappointed. The service was poor, the food was lukewarm, and the dishes were practically thrown at us. Avoid this place at all costs.

We didn't have the greatest experience, we waited over 15 minutes for server to acknowledge us and that was only after we attracted the attention of other servers. Our server was clearly not happy that we had asked someone else to assist. We finally ordered but server didn't write anything down so came back twice for our order confirmation. When food arrived the second server slid my plate across the table, again someone not happy in their job! Finally we got the bill but the server wanted us to go straight to the cash terminal without having an opportunity to check the bill. Server wasn't happy when we said we needed a few minutes to check it. Then finally when going to pay the server had just charged the wrong amount to some other parties. I finally got to pay however before confirming the server walked to the other parties to get them to credit their incorrect amounts. During this situation, we were then told on more than one occasion that we had not paid, even after showing proof on our banking 3 times that we had. This caused significant embarrassment among other customers for ourselves. Finally we confirmed with a senior member of staff that our payment was done and we were free to go.

La atención fue pésima, pedimos un menú de 3 platos, el postre nunca llegó , pedimos una adición de papas fritas nunca llegó , la comida llegó y nos tocó pedir a dos personas que nos dieran cubiertos por qué la persona que nos atendió no los llevó , pedimos las bebidas y 20 minutos después el mesero nos dijo que repitiéramos la orden por qué se había equivocado. Si no tienen la disposición de atender un 24 de diciembre cierren pero no hagan esto con un comensal.
I had a great time at the Ariel Helwani road show event. We were seated quickly with no issues, and seating was arranged so we could easily see the interviews. Food and drinks were great and came our fast. Servers were polite and attentive. Would definitely come back.

What made the experience extraordinary and exceeded our expectations was our server Trey. Trey went above and beyond to make the experience spectacular and every aspect of the service was superb. We recommend him to serve any customer coming into that establishment.

The hostess, very polite and accommodating, walked us to our tables and told us waitress would be Jessica. We had a great waitress. Jessica was very attentive very patient and very helpful. The food menu very diversified lots to choose from. We were able to download the hard rock app, and we received a complementary drink, which was very enjoyable after we had our own drinks. We had a lovely view of the water. We saw many boats go by. It was a very enjoyable evening at the Hard Rock Cafe Bayside marketplace.

Perfect experience. The outside dining area at night was great. The burgers were supreme, simple but tasty. Grabbed some swag on the way out. Definitely worth trying. All of the memorabilia was fun to look at as well. Great time here.

The menu wasn't clear, and after the service, they behaved rudely. I ordered a large beer, but it turns out they sell it only with a glass, which costs twice as much as the small one. I didn't want to buy the glass. why include it in the price and charge people extra? Not worth visiting. We later realized there are much livelier and nicer restaurants in the area.
