The main problem was the food. The sandwiches arrived promptly, but the meat (especially the chicken) was tough to chew, having been ready for minutes. The waitress was very friendly, the atmosphere was adequate, but the place is old, not renovated for a long time. The elevator and rooms are old.

La anfitriona de trato indiferente y poco cordial, prácticamente le tuve que pedir por favor que me lleve a la mesa. La persona que nos atendió se demoró en llevarnos los productos, sobre todo los tragos, ya que algunos llegaron cuando estábamos terminando de comer. Finalmente al momento de pagar, tuvimos problemas con los cobros, ya que nos habían cobrado más de lo consumido.

Staff is so nice!!!!! From the host when we arrived who sat us at a great table, the waiter, and the manager who kindly stopped by a few times....all were really nice and wanted to be sure we had a great experience. The view from the hightop tables next to the Bay is great. Food was good, especially the caesar salads; chicken sandwiches were good and pricing was reasonable.
