I visited this establishment for brunch while visiting Miami. I ordered the avocado flat bread and my husband ordered the red hot chicken and waffles. His food was immaculate! My flatbread was just ok for me but that is only because I like my flatbread on the softer side and theirs is extra crispy, so that came down to a personal preference. It was fine. The vibe seemed different than other Hard Rock Cafes that I've been to. I get it that they wanted it to feel more 'Miami', but the colored lights flashing didn't give me a Miami feeling when rock and alternative music was playing in the restaurant. Absolutely amazing experience! The food was prepared perfectly. It was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Our waitress was just as incredible, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. They truly made the night special! Shout out to Krystal and Adena!!
