Loved our server but truthfully the worst gluten free GF pizza I’ve ever had. It was impossible to chew - tasted like they microwaved a freezer-burnt crust. So disappointed. We ordered three different ones (the March special, pesto, and Italian sausage) and all were equally terrible such that we just picked off the toppings. Please go to Crust, Coral House, Mister 01, etc. if you want edible pizza.Further, the manager was super defensive when approached about the quality of our food, explaining that all dietary accommodations were an “afterthought.”Dietary restrictions: Terrible Gluten free pizza.

Absolutely poor service from the minute we entered. I really wanted to give it a try but never got to as we walked out after 21 minutes of waiting. The hostess looked about as excited at being there as someone who is getting ready for lengthy prison sentencing. She mumbled something to the effect are eating in…as she walked to a table and sat us down to a family that had their dog on a long leash and their two young children were standing and dancing with the small brown dog. The hostess obviously was not a happy person at her job. She returned shortly after seating us and placed two glasses and silverware on our table. After waiting 21 minutes and no effort to even come by our table and simply state we will be with you shortly no one showed up. I’m not sure if the hostess was also a server or if they were short of staff at 7p.m. There were several tables available in the restaurant so it most definitely wasn’t as if they were slammed with dining guests. Poor service and a disengaged staff is the only thing I’ll remember wile visiting.

I received excellent customer service from KC, and the team. I definitely would be coming back. The pizza I order was delicious, and the spicy wings is to die for.

Don’t order delivery service from here. They need to figure out their timing estimations better…will leave your kids waiting an hr longer than estimated delivery time.

Honestly, management should be ashamed, this place is clearly understaffed. Employees were doing their very best (and somehow managing to be sweet, too, bless them) but they were plainly stressed out and overworked. Give your locations more hours. If you can't afford it, cut your own pay. If you can't do that, you don't deserve to be in business. Simple as.

Artichoke pizza was great. Meatballs were amazing but the waiter recommended the Brussels sprouts appetizer and omggggg it was 10/10. My favorite. Definitely recommend.

Yummy pizza spot with cute/casual ambiance and friendly service! We had the margarita and cheese pizza which both had perfect crispy yet soft crusts and flavorful sauce. And good cheese of course. We also had the wings which were SO tasty and had a perfectly sweet yet spicy hot honey sauce. They were crispy on the inside but the meat was so tender still. We sat at the bar which was nice and got to chat with the waiter about lots of the menu items- he was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return here when I want pizza!

The pizzas are very delicious, the food is also very good, but the delay is something out of the ordinary. I arrived for more than 40 minutes waiting for a pizza. The truth is, I'm very upset.

The pizza, while burnt, was still good, the dough is really good dough. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to flag down our waitress for everything, even though there were only 2 groups of guests present. At one point she came up to us with a mouth full of food. Never smiled, never said hello or thank you. All the pleasantries came from us. Does anyone even teach employees customer service these days?? Our waitress was African American with purple hair. I hate to give bad rating and affect the owner of the joint, but the employees need training.

Ive been here several times since my bf recommended it.. But on 2/7/24. 530ishh. I decided to bring along my Mom. This day. , The service, food, atmosphere was not the same. Our waiter looked stressed out, it seemed like he was the only one there plus another young lady. Maybe they didn't expected to be busy on a weds night.. Ordered the 2 for special and we added additional appetizers plus drinks.. The pizza was burned. cold and the margarita pizza barely had basil , cheese nor sauce..The pepperoni in the pizza did taste good neither . Manager , whoI presumed to be the tall , long hair, heavy set lady almost killed me with her eyes bc I politely asked her to keep the 2 doors open for the breeze outside. Noone came by to asked if everything was ok .. It was very weird.. Needless to say it wasn't what i expected from a well known establishment.. Not sure if ill be back..

VERY good pizza . Dough is fantastic but often doesn't have enough tomato sauce and a bit small. I'd say it's right out there with Mr01 but below Lucali

Meatballs with sauce was lukewarm to cold…. Pizza wasn’t all that great. Not a big choice on desserts. Told the manager about the other location in south beach and their bigger list….he offered that we should try the strawberry dessert….just like the rest of the food….not that great either.I guess the only good thing here was the music playing overhead.

I don't normally go out of my way for pizza places but my husband is a pizza aficionado. We discovered Harry's while exploring the Grove and came in on a whim to try a pie. I had the truffle mushroom pizza and it is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It's a creamy light mushroom mix that melts in your mouth. The pizza is made fast! We got ours in 5 minutes. The ambience is cute. Nice place to hang out, quiet. Service was good. We would both come back.
