This is my second review, last time was 7 months ago and since then I have continued to frequent this restaurant and let’s say not only is the taste consistent if not better each time. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming and our lady server, is so professional and friendly, she’s amazing. I recently took my mom (whom is quite honest and will not hold back lol) we’ll she left raving about this place. She is a fan and can’t wait to be back. She had the fried rice and said it was the best she’s eaten (and let’s say she’s had many), she couldn’t believe the quality and flavor. She said the taste was on point and reminded her of when she was young. We also tried the dessert Torejas which came with ice cream and homemade caramelo, oh my, it’s delicious. My 12 y/o daughter who wasn’t a fan of Cuban food, picks this restaurant every time. She loves this restaurant as the rest of our family. This is truly a hidden gem!

30 of us converged on this place without warning during a family reunion. They called in reinforcements to help in the kitchen and fed us all great food in good time. It was a special experience our kids will remember for a long time.

This place is amazing. Excellent food (I was with a large group and was able to taste at least 10 menu items, all were delicious). The prices are extremely fair. Clean nice setting. Wonderful people. We really enjoyed our meal at Havanos cafe. It is family owned and operate and the chef is very talented. Don’t miss your chance to order dessert. the tres leches and flan where the BEST I have ever had.

We were in the area and looking for something good and simple. We came across Havanos on google and made a phone call to ask questions about their menu. The person on the line was very helpful and answered all my questions. We arrived 30 min later and we walked into a welcoming clean environment. Our waiter Lorenzo was very helpful and nice, very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered from the express menu which included a soup or salad an entree and a drink. This was perfect for our family and everything was delicious. The chef or owner greeted us at our table and asked us if everything was ok. Everyone was very kind Definitely will be back if we are in the area.

My husband and I were in the neighborhood and we wanted to have dinner. I went to google Havanos cafe and read the reviews and we decided to give it a try. The grades were great, but we got a lot more than expected. The space is nicely arranged, it is clean. The staff is very friendly. And the food is great. We tasted the paella the Cuban way and were delighted with both the taste and the quantity and the presentation. In the end, we brought the rest of the food and the kind waitress packed the white wine with which the paella was prepared. She gave us advice on how to prepare and reheat it at home because there was one meal left. Our rating is 10 stars. Bravo! Great job.

I was very pleased with the service. The place has a cozy atmosphere. The food was very good. They were very eager to please. La Vaca Frita was very good. I will definitely be returning and also will let my family and friends about this little hidden gem in a small strip mall! Also, the costs of the food is very reasonable! Try this new place, you will be disappointed!

Delicious food made from scratch. Croquetas were an excellent appetizer. Paninos were delicious, made to order with fresh ingredients. Even kid's chicken fingers and cheeseburger were homemade. I had to stop myself from eating my kid's food.

Recently opened and a great new restaurant for the area. It's got a small and cozy restaurant feel but there are plenty of tables, even a couple tables outdoors for those that prefer outdoor seating.Staff was wonderful and provided excellent service.Food is delicious. I ordered the fried rice, my wife ordered the tasajo with white rice, and my daughter wanted a cheeseburger. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and passed our compliments to the owner. And the prices are very reasonable too!Definitely give this restaurant a try if you haven't yet!

I found this sweet Cafe on my search for our last day of vacation dinner. With so many raving reviews I had to get the family out there. Located in a plaza, a hidden gem for sure. We enjoyed their special of the day, a traditional cuban sandwich(although the pickle was missing lol) a roasted chicken and some delicious fish. Although small, it's very cozy and the staff was delightful. We ended our meal with some coffees and a full happy belly. It was a sweet spot and I wish them the best luck. Whenever we come back to visit, I hope to come eat some of their food again. Absolutely worth it!

This place is awesome! The food could not be more authentic Cuban cuisine. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, our glass of water was never empty, the music is traditional Cuban, reminded me of my grandfather he loved Benny More, the attention to detail is what you’d expect when you visit a Cuban home but don’t see in restaurants. First they serve palitroques instead of bread, loved it, the appetizer was so good, I ordered the Carne Asada and the sauce was a red wine reduction and they bring you extra on the side, I am not a fan of tomato based sauces so I loved this sauce. My husband had the picadillo and my daughter had the croqueta preparada (the bread looked homemade, the fresh fries and mash potatoes are made from REAL potatoes, not frozen, like we Cubans prefer. The portions were great! I ordered tostones and they were soft and bring mojo on the side! We had also the flan and let’s talk about the guava cheesecake, you taste the guava and the cheese is not overpowering. My daughter said it was better than Cheesecake Factory! By the way the food is made when you order it, fresh and comes hot to your table! I am so happy we found this gem, I will be back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try authentic homemade Cuban cuisine! They deserve more than 5 stars!
