Best costumer service. Great S eafood. Can't wait to get order in.
The food was good but one of the entrees we ordered was fish fingers at 11.99 (2 of them) the waitres came and ask what fish would we like without telling us there was a significant change of price "5 dollars over what was listed in the menu each" so from 11.99 went to 16.99 each way over what was listed in the menu. So if you go to this place dont be afraid to ask when you order!
2 in for dinner on a Thursday at 4 PM. Picked from the fresh fish display to be cooked and served at our table. Grouper fillet .56lb @19.99/lb to be blackened $11.19 Grouper fillet .55lb @19.99/lb to be blackened $10.99 All tables are on a covered patio outside with ceiling fans running fast and a roaring noise coming from somewhere that made it very noisy and windy. Went to our table and gave our side orders to the server. Red beans and white rice with a salad each. Side prices not on the printed menu. Our meals were very good. Server brought our check. A real shocker. Red Beans $3.99ea Rice $3.99ea Small salad $3.99ea Way over priced for what we got. Electronic Fee #003 $1.61 (whatever that is) 15% tip $7.16 Tax 1.68 Total $56.57 Food was good. Service was OK. The side prices soured our experience.
The best company ????
What a delightful, and quaint restaurant, hidden amongst a lot of warehouses. At first glance you'll see it as simply a fish market, and indeed they are. However, you go through the back door and suddenly you are transferred into paradise. There is an outdoor, full mended resteraunt with a Cuban/Carribean Flavor.... And the prices are so low you'll walk away feeling like you owe them much more. Highly Recommend.
Freshest Fish In Florida!
the food here is amazing and fresh off the boats. The fish market is a little rough around the edges, and the outside eating area can get warm in the summer months, BUT THE FOOD IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!
The place is quite simple and small. It haves outside and inside seating. The food was fast but it is expected as we ordered the house special por Friday and Saturday which is called sopon marinero. What a delightful soup of sea food. The service was good but could be better
The best real down to earth customer service you will get in Miami. No tourists, just locals enjoying seafood the way we do it at home. This is the real thing. Tita and all the staff make sure you get a real Miami experience. Live music on weekends before 5pm. Get there before dusk. The area is safe despite the look. Our Latín thing ????
This restaurant is nothing to look at, but everything on the menu is fresh and delicious, and prices are quite reasonable. Our go-to place in North Miami for fresh seafood.

On a tip by the locals, we visited this seafood joint, in Miami. The restaurant seats amid an industrial park and is frequently visited by local workers and executives. We arrived at lunchtime, on a week day (could not be any more real). The fact this joint is constantly busy, speak tons of their commitment to deliver excellent, top-rated meals, at affordable prices. Based on that commitment, we decided to 'put it to the test'. Upon arrival we confirmed the place was indeed packed. No worries, though. Tables turn over quite fast, as employees (blue and white collar) need to come back to their jobs within an hour. That maintains a sense of urgency (among waiters and cooks), which allowed us to be seated within minutes after arrival. Once seated, expect to be immediately served a quite simple menu, where fried is the norm (do not be afraid. Its fish!!). Of course you can have it steamed too. Due to the high, daily customer rotation, fish and seafood are always super-fresh. Portions are also generous, and the menu has (over the years) comprised strictly to what you want (no unnecessary fancy menu items here). We had fried grouper (to share). Crispy, crusty outside; moist, tender inside. Perfectly seasoned. It was more than enough for 2 people. Soup of the Day (clam chowder) was also irrationally good. Prices are quite comprehensive, considering most seafood places in the area charge as much as twice for the same experience. The joint stood by its reputation, as a "gem". Feel free (and confident) to visit them anytime. Keep in mind the restaurant has 2 eating areas: the back ("al fresco"); and the front (dinner style). Mi pick is: the back. The place is also a seafood market, where you can buy raw fish to take home. In all, this is an experience by itself, and a blanket recommendation for "gem" seekers. Thank the locals (not me) for this tip.
I visited my daughter in Miami and we went to this restaurant. It has a nice cozy ambience, great food and pleasant staff. We had fish with plantains and salad and of course some beer and the food was delicious, hot and quickly delivered. Another added plus is that the meal was cheap. We paid like $8.99 for hefty servings on our plates and the beer was nice and cold
This is a place to come and have a mega relaxed meal... This is in the heart of a warehouse, working neighborhood place where the place is ultra rustic.... ZERO fancy, so please the stars are not for the “bring your girlfriend and impress” restaurant. This place is to come have a good quick lunch near the Miami airport. It is mainly a fish shop where you can buy fish and take it home, but at the rear of the store, there are some tables and a bar where you can seat and have the fish you chose made to order for you.... I found this both interesting and good in quality. We had a whole red snapper and a grouper filet which were both fresh and very good! Also had some fried mahi roe that was also quite good.... Service is on the good side and the place is ok clean... All in all, will come back! Enjoy
This little gem of a restaurant isn't located in an upscale mall or even in an area noted for great dining. It's located in a warehouse district on NW 54th street, and once you find it, you'll be certain to remember the way back. You walk in and get to choose your meal from the wide variety of fresh fish in the display case. You pick it; they cook it to order. We chose to have two silky snapper cut into strips so we could all eat fish fingers and fries. Absolutely delicious, with light batter and gorgeous white flesh. How can you go wrong? Good prices and friendly wait staff... our go-to spot for fresh fish. But let's keep the secret between us?
