Healthy Xpress is a business that saves you a lot of time and I will save money, they have the option to prepare and ship you different meals, from breakfast, lunch and dinner including snacks. You can choose for a variety of type of food to be ship, from the healthy option, diet option, veggie, vegan and people that want to gain weights.I used their service while I was in a project on Miami, they usually ship the meals on Sunday, but for me only being in Miami Monday to Thursday...
