I don’t understand why they would think this is acceptable to give these wings to someone like it’s crazy . These not even wings . Then you have to pay for yum yum sauce . The customer service sucks because they don’t value people to really give this out .

I ordered the shrimp and salmon with fried rice, hibachi punch and slice of red velvet cake. First of all, I know tropical punch koolaid when I taste it and I ALSO know Publix cake. They maybe using the same distributor for the cake. There’s that.The hibachi was ALOT of brown rice cooked with soy sauce. No eggs, scallions nothing to justify the $3.00 up charge for fried rice. The salmon was over cooked but the shrimp was delicious! The veggies were also delish!!!! I wish I had ordered a side of veggies because they were the right texture just crunchy enough and not overcooked. I read about the poor service and decided to outsource that experience. I ordered via überEats and that could be why there’s a markup. It’s over rated and over priced , Benihana does a better job and costs less.

I told the Host that I was allergic to seafood and wanted them to clean the utensils for my order, he told me that they couldn’t clean because they have 5 order to do. This customer service was extremely horrible. What type of food truck doesn’t listen to someone who has food allergies. To everyone that has food allergies please do not come here. The service is terrible, I will never be coming back here again. Your life matters more than food. Please stay safe guys

I do not recommend this food truck due to the rude intellectual cashier. She is not professional nor useful. The cooks doesn't change their gloves when they are preparing the food after touching other things such as money. I have tried to give them chances several times and each experience has been worse than the last visit.. I would rather spend my money at Benihana. I am very disappointed!
