First time here and the food was delicious. I’m very picky with tacos de tripas but I have to say they were one of the best tacos de tripas i’ve tasted in Homestead. Our server Sindy was extremely attentive, polite and overall friendly. Great atmosphere.

I had the hot breakfast drink champurrado. It was great. It was cold morning. Had the large size. It was huge. Great deal. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the good work.
Cheer to you

The food was really bad. Server was nice and friendly but the food was so bad. I went in the morning and got me a breakfast burrito, 3 tacos de barbacoa with rice and beans, and a red tamal. The tamales weren’t too bad. I took one bite from the burrito and had to spit it out, it had no flavor it tasted bland; as well as the taco and beans I don’t know if it was not seasoned since it was still morning but I don’t plan on finding out. Don’t recommend and will not be back.

I stopped in for lunch out of curiosity, as this location had been a local bar for many years in my youth
What a pleasant surprise I found
The Mexican food was absolutely delicious
The decor was rich with authenticity
And very clean
And Ingrid, the server was Amazing
Such a hidden Jem
I'm so glad that my curiosity got me to stop in, I found a new favorite restaurant

Came in on a Saturday at 11am… Took 30 minutes to realize the table next to me got their food before mine…. 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito? Btw the burrito was no joke the worst I’ve tried. I threw it away! don’t come here! I suggest going down the street to “Puerto Vallarta” … para la señora que tardo en mi burrito, te dije que iba dejarte un review

DEAD FLY cooked in with my bean... I thought was a burnt bean and didnt touch it until the end i saw a flake protruding from the burnt bean so I picked it out and put it and a tissue and dry it out and I realise it wasn't a flake but a wing attached to a dead fly that was cooked in all burnt up ... never eating here again.

Walking into Hidalgo’s felt like I got transported straight to Mexico 🇲🇽 the colors, the vibe, the music, everything felt authentic. The food? Incredible. From the tacos to the cheesy queso fundido, every bite was packed with flavor. The horchata was smooth and refreshing too.

What really stood out was the service super friendly, fast, and they made us feel right at home. Definitely coming back. If you’re looking for a real Mexican spot in Miami, this is it.
