One of the better Omakases I’ve had in a long time. Great selection of very fresh seafood with excellent technique. Chef also had a good command of veggies as the maitakes were phenomenal. Chef was great about explaining things to people who hadn’t done Omakase in the past, made them comfortable and made accommodations in specific situations, which I find is rare. What can I say? This place was amazing but be prepared to spend a lot of money. From the beginning of the experience, you get a code that opens the door behind the taco restaurant and it’s an extremely small dining area that is comfortable for the amount of people that it serves.
