It's sad how you can seat down at a table of your choice because you have to wait for a smaller table to fit the number of people. This is how you lose customers by making them upset and making them wait until a smaller table is available.

I used to come here because it used to be good. The service absolutely sucks, the server we got was MIA most of the time. Towards the end, I got a brownie and it was served to me cold, I asked if they could heat it up and they burned it. I asked for them to take it off the tab and the server was not helpful a all, he gave me a whole bunch of excuses as to why they couldn’t, since they had already charged the card. He could’ve easily refunded me the full amount and charge me again, but he was probably lazy, as most of the servers are there. In order to get our servers attention we had to wave for minutes because he was hanging out with his coworkers in the bar and ignoring us. They need to hire new people and they should not offer desserts because they can’t even heat up a brownie properly, they should probably stick to just ice cream, or maybe not because they would probably manage to even get that wrong. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

I called to place an order for 30 chicken wings and asked for only flappers, as I usually do, even offering to pay extra. However, the gentleman I spoke with responded with an attitude, saying they don’t do that anymore. Fine, I decided to order extra wings to make sure I’d get more flappers. I ordered 30 wings and received only 8 flappers—the rest were drumsticks. On top of that, the wings were extremely dry, which was disappointing because they’re usually juicy and fresh. I’ve ordered from here many times before and have never had an experience like this. Very strange and disappointing.

Truly I Love Hole in the Wall. I have not been to the restaurant for a couple of years. I love the wood tables the wood walls. It reminds me of back home Boston and Massachusetts. They have a beautiful bar and TVs all around to watch the sports. I ordered the mahi-mahi tacos and nachos everything was fresh and delicious. Their burgers are delicious great place to take the kids. It does get full so get ready to make a line on the weekends. The waiters were amazing they were at my table constantly making sure I had everything I needed. I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend the restaurant and I will be going back.
Always get red carpet treatment I love the food at hole in the wall I highly recommend it I love their tacos, their Philly steaks, onion rings and french fries ?

I am very very disappointed in my experience. When we walked in everything was great, atmosphere was awesome. Then it all took a turn. I had to flag someone down & ask for my order to be taken after 8 minutes of waiting & watching everyone walk by. If i needed sauce, a refill, ketchup or anything I had to go out of my way to find someone to help me. All of our food was brought out at different times, so by the time the last person actually got their food everyone else’s was lukewarm. No one checked up on us once. There were three gentleman who shared all the tables, so why was no one checking up on my table. I watched everyone else at the other tables he helped, conversations be held with the customers. I had to ask FOUR TIMES for my bill to be split! I mentioned my concerns numerous times & it was brushed off. One of the gentleman was literally speed walking everywhere, dropping stuff, screaming at the tv. it was very clear he was intoxicated by the bloodshot redness of his eyes & slurring of his words. We left $0 tip on all three checks - wrote our reasoning why on the receipt. We were then approached by two of the servers outside of the restaurant as we are SITTING in our car about what was written on the receipt. This place is very very unprofessional & I will absolutely never recommend.

First time to this restaurant (Kendall location) and we had a very good experience. Ordered the Ruben mahi and I was not disappointed. Chris & Rudy were hustling helping a packed restaurant. This place is very close to my home and I will definitely be making it back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
