I gave you a one STAR because I prepaid for my order and instead of us waiting in the line under the TENT with the FANS we were standing outside for 30 minutes in the heat. Meanwhile, the lady that was ahead of me Almost fainted from being outside in the HEAT ! I have to say they did a wonderful job in giving her water and a chair and calling the ambulance ! But as far as the prepaid customers, we should be under the tent with the fan not under the heat for 30 minutes and no water….

I got home and looked at my credit card and I saw that I was charged almost $6 more for the teeny little ham they gave me. $65 for a 3 lb ham. It was a boneless ham so apparently they weighed it with the bone. Or I don't know what kind of games went on but entirely too expensive

Recommend ordering online. This place gets packed for the holidays. This was my first time ordering from them to serve my family at Thanksgiving. I went first thing in the morning and the line was already forming. The price is pricey, but the quality is good. So you’re getting your money’s worth. Delicious selections to pick from. Also, even though they pack your order. Do a double check because the young lady almost forgot to include my dessert pie. Thank god, I caught it before leaving. Other than that, my friends and family were satisfied with the order. You gained a loyalty customer.
I had to go here to pick up an order & was dreading it. This place was packed, usually is for the holidays. But the Pick Up line was not that bad compared to the line for Ordering in Person. But even so, they had enough employees there that was handling the crowd Great & at a Steady pace. They kept the line Moving. Kudos to the Managers & employees for ensuring a decent experience. Reason for 4⭐️'s is Parking isn't the Greatest.

Parking: There aren't many parking spaces in front of the store, but there are many spaces on the adjacent side street.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a small store, and it's a tight squeeze. but the staff go above and beyond helpful. They had to move a few things for me. They were happy to help. They even brought my food to the car!

Just found out they fired my favorite employee cause the new manger is racist, be careful going to this place they don’t ever care about they customers or employees this I know , on thanksgiving they was just handing out whatever turkey they had and they lied on the label on the weight they lied to customers and gave them under weight then what they paid and just put a sticker over the real weight which were many pounds less . They put objects on the scale to make the hams seem like a heavier weight and also they serve old roasted turkey every single day it’s discolored and they served the customers old food told this by an ex employee. The assistant manager has dropped food on the ground where they produce in the back and put it to still serve the customer . Gonzalo del rio has fired my favorite black African American employee but has kept all women and Spanish employees this is not a good employer and don’t trust their products I’m telling you trust me when I tell you this I know these are facts
